My schedule now doesn't allow for gym time, but I am able to sneak away and get a massage. They have great therapists ready to help you feel better and more relaxed!

Staff is nice... but…read morethe gym sucks--good if it's the only gym around, but it's not. There's not much more equipment than there is at the other gyms, and it's about triple the price. Men's room has a sauna that can fit about 3 people, women's room doesn't. If you're a woman, they might post a sign telling you to 'respect the other members'. It's a shame that there is only a sauna in the men's room, and that it's the only real justification for going here... If you're looking for a good workout, maybe consider The Pavillion or even Planet Fitness before you go and spend 35 bucks a month on a gym that doesn't really provide anything special. Maybe if the money was invested into consistently making the gym better with more equipment and amenities, this would be worth the tag, but for now, it's not. I canceled my membership thinking that it would allow me to finish out my month, but it didn't. If you have extra money to blow, save it...

A new expansion just completed in September 2019 to add a functional fitness area in the back as well. Not only is it the best fitness option but the price is very reasonable. There are a couple of reasons for taking away a star though. Through no fault of their own, it can be VERY crowded if you plan to go around 4:30-7 as that is when most of the after work crowd is there. Some of the equipment needs to be better maintained, particularly the spin bikes. If you are someone who is very regimented, be aware that the group fitness schedule changes regularly. That can also be a good thing though to change up your activities.

I love this place. I can see it becoming my fitness 'home' for years to come…read more I've been a member of countless gyms, attended countless classes, tried different running apps on my phone, etc. etc. and yet, through all of that, I couldn't discipline myself to stick to a steady routine. Sure, I'd go to the gym for a few months, but then life got in the way and I'd cancel my membership, only to go join another gym several months later and do it all over again. I haven't been a member of any gym since I moved to Kentucky because there aren't too many options close by. Then back in January of this year, my husband and I found out how to become members of this fitness center and took the steps necessary to do so. If you are a Toyota employee, you can join this gym. If you are a spouse of an employee, you can join the gym. If you are a contractor or just a random person who wants to join the gym, you need to find someone that is currently a Toyota employee who is willing to 'sponsor' (vouch for you) your membership. I believe an employee can only sponsor one person. This is the route we had to take. When you sign up, you get five free training sessions -- which is AWESOME. I had Sara as a trainer -- who really listened to me and helped me come up with a plan to get my butt into shape. Merely two weeks into our training, I was already noticing a huge difference in myself -- how awesome is that? That just pumped me up even more. My husband's trainer (Wade) kicked his butt too, in a good way. We both loved the trainers we had. Let me tell you -- if you are not good at motivating yourself, getting a trainer is a fantastic way to push yourself to see results. This is what I had been lacking all those times I joined other gyms. We even signed up for a few paid training sessions after our free ones were used up. During the year, there are different sports leagues you can join. The center also has outdoor tennis courts, sand volleyball, baseball fields, and a nature walking trail. Oh -- and the best part? Lots of classes!! Yoga, weights, cardio, etc. The gym is pretty much open 24 hours except for Sundays and with special hours during holidays and Toyota shutdown weeks. It kind of became my second home.... I grew to see the same faces each time I worked out and looked forward to a session of strength-training. I got stronger, yo! Unfortunately, I canceled my membership a few days ago due to unplanned life events and tight finances. The $20/month membership fee is not expensive at all (in fact, it's kind of amazing considering that it covers the 24-hour gym, childcare, and all classes), but I'm at a point where I need that.... so once I get back on my feet, I'll rejoin this fantastic gym!

Kris and the numerous available therapists know their craft and are prepared to do what it takes to get you restored to your best self. They accommodate your schedule and can offer you a variety of options to strengthen your body. There are also more than one location to keep you from traveling across town. I attribute BBN to help restore me to health as much as physicians at the hospital. Call and see how good it can be for you!!

I had gone to another PT place about 2 years ago and this was much better…read more The other place just told me what I had, showed me the exercises to do and just kinda went on monitoring the exercises. This place actually explained what I had and what causes it / what I need to target and do to help heal and really helped me understand and learn about the problem. Same with the exercises, explaining how they will help and the muscles being strengthened etc. They really make sure you understand everything that is going on instead of diagnosing you and giving you a sheet of exercises. Very friendly people as well. Definitely recommend.

It has a spacious interior with a variety of routes for bouldering, top rope, auto-belay, and lead climb. The walls are much taller than other gyms I've been to and make the routes much challenging. Some of the grading doesn't seem very consistent. Staff is nice. Kids and adults of all ages are welcome. It's definitely fun to experience it at least once! The day pass is currently $30 per person with all gear rentals included. No price reduction if you bring your own gear. The membership cost is hefty, $100 per month or $80 if prepay... that's close to 1K per person at a minimum. One membership bonus is that all classes are free. If I resume climbing on a regular basis, I might consider shelling out some $$.

The staff were very friendly and detailed on how to get prepared for climbing the wall with the harnesses and also the ins and outs of each level of difficulty. My son loved climbing, as this is definitely his wheelhouse, but not necessarily mine lol. There were numerous walls to climb with the ropes/harnesses utilized and other boulder walls with a harness or rope not used but with a padded flooring under the ways. There is a wall for each level of climber from beginner to seasoned. If you want to try something new or get more practice on your skills, LEF is perfect for you! We will come back soon!
