Predatory contract. Called to cancel membership after I moved. Was told the only way to do it was by coming in. When I left a bad review- was told I could by mail but they had no record of my request to cancel. Maybe the lady on the phone didn't ask who I was???? I don't care what the contract says it shouldn't be hard to cancel a membership to a gym. The only reason to have a policy like this is to be shady!!!! read more

Good price, friendly members and clean is the best I can say. Limited equipment, some repaired with duct tape. Training was never consistant, with 3 different trainers (?), plus gaps in 6 months. NEVER PREPAY...BIG MISTAKE! The training contract is extremely difficult to cancel. Thank goodness for charge card refund services. Staff are friendly but then zombie-like. Look elsewhere. Realistically it's a 4 star because as good as it gets costs like $99/month. Its the cleanest gym I have ever been to Only suggestions..maybe have a few rollers, some medicine balls and another bosu ball. Every gym should have them. Everyone here seems to work hard keeping the place clean..better than gyms 3 times as expensive. Respect on that! read more

Since I am giving this place a bad review the manager has decided to call me a cyber bully. I can not beleave any establishment would speak to any disatisfied customer in this manner. Just off of the customer service alone I recommend never to step foot in this place. Management and employees all need to be replaced. read more

I pay $10 a month (actually less because I paid a year in advance). The staff is very friendly and helpful. You can go in when they are not staffed, which is nice. Lots of cardiovascular machines and all the Standard weight machines as well as a full weight room. I like the fact that this isn't a muscle head hangout. read more

Caution when signing Contract with these folks. There is a hidden fee associated with your Membership which is NOT discussed at time of contract signage. So my VIP membership was up and I had put a card to be directly withdrawn which they automatically take out another $60 for "membership fees". I called this establishment to ask and was given the cold shoulder. This is a small town and will never be back. read more

I have been a member at fitness for 10 for. About 2 yrs now , i usually pay the 99$for a year it suits me fine .I also treat myself every once in awhile to the peak performance trainers . Thieves and iies.... Watch your bank account folks! We have cancelled and still get charged. I have called over and over as charges keep being debited from our account. Husband went in and verbally said, discontiue....they are saying we didnt. Charges become more.was $10 now it was $45!! . Now I am quite mad and WILL be getting my money back even if its in court. They can pay my fees and time off from work to deal with this BS! read more

Why can't these people tell the truth about their membership costs? $10 per month is $10 per month, NOT PLUS sign up fees, annual fees, etc. In reality it costs $29 to sign up, $10/month plus a $39 annual 'administration fee', whatever that is for. So the actual monthly cost is closer to $15 than $10, which represents almost 50% more than their advertised price. Should be called fraud. When I went in to check the place out, there was one very young lady at the counter - she was busy with someone so I hung around waiting my turn. A couple of other people came in but instead of taking care of me, she turned and started working with those people. Piss poor customer service/handling. I walked out. read more
