They have a full free weight gym, aerobic machines, assisted resistance machines, racquetball courts basketball courts, an outdoor walking track, a heated pool and jacuzzi, and several classes are offered for fitness and Wellness. The early morning hours allowed me to exercise before work, and they're open until 8 p.m. but I'm not really an evening workout person. The center is attached to the hospital and it's part of their system. The locker rooms are really interesting with very spacious showers, and they even offer different size towels. It's no gym like I've ever been into. I was really impressed and wish I could have enjoyed it for a bit longer, I wish they had such centers in more places.
