Why do they let so many kids in? It's hard to get a decent workout in. This is NOT A KIDS PLACE.

This place is great and they just got most of the equipment replaced. There's never a line to use any of the machines I work out for an hour and then I finish everything with a hydra massage which is really nice. Everybody is friendly. It's close by and plenty of parking. read more

Dirty gym ! Floors not vacuumed, dust and grit and around and under all the equipment. Heat was on instead of AC .? Really !!?!! I voiced my complaints to front desk and they didn't seemed to care and said they clean everyday , his rebuttal was not apologetic , could have said he will take action ...which is clearly not evident informed him I will be calling corporate .. suddenly he starts vacuuming .. Why tf is this Planet fitness not 24/7? I specifically got a Planet Fitness membership because of the timeless access elsewhere. Than I got here and can't access it when I exactly want. The machines and place is nice inside, but without the 24/7 access I can't give more than 2 stars. Please go back to the pre-Covid era where y'all still had 24/7 access! read more

It's a newer gym and they definitely practice social distancing plus you get your temperature checked at check in the gym was super clean and so were the shower and bathroom. Equipment was all in working order and clean. Staff was friendly read more

Toilet still broken it been 2 weeks. Reported problem still down have to use Safeway bathroom super . I don't know if I will renew.

It seems there more cardio machines, then weight machines, but the ones they do have are really good they even have some that other planet fitness don't have which I was surprised. My complaint or what I found dissatisfied was the men's bathroom, for some reason in smaller towns the older men like to walk around naked, or sit on the bench and stare at you.... I like this gym. If you can't find something to suit your workout needs here then no place will be able to. My only complaint is that there are far TOO MANY TVs. It's over kill and distracting to me when I'm on the machines that face the TVs which is pretty much ALL of them. A few TVs is enough and maybe some music. We're there to workout not watch television!!! read more

Both sinks in the woman's restroom have been down for days now, super unhygienic! The time it takes for things to get repaired at this place is ridiculous. I can't imagine how many people haven't be able to wash their hands and then go back out to use the equipment! read more

I really enjoy this gyms. It's always clean and never crowded. Front desk staff is friendly and even know me by name now so as I walk in, I don't even have to show my card. Makes you feel at home. Their fitness trainer is fantastic and personable. He is patient and his methods are safe. Keep up the good work! read more

PLEASE SHARE MY POST, WE MUST EXPOSE MISTREATMENT, BIASES, AND RACIAL INJUSTICE FROM THE PLACES WE SPEND OUR DOLLARS.... Dissatisfied at the treatment for this minority here at Planet Fitness in Kingman, AZ..Up until this location, I have enjoyed the treatment as a Black Card member and as a person who visits a DIFFERENT Planet Fitness each day across the country. Usually they offer a free loaner lock for the lockers because my lock is too big., not here, I was told it would cost 7.00 to buy a lock. BUT ITS WHAT HAPPENED NEXT THAT WAS INCREDIBLY BIASED OR RACIST. I decided to keep my small gym bag with me because PF is not responsible for unsecured items. While beginning my workout, the front desk man came over to me and told me I was not allowed by company policy to keep my bag on the floor with me but needed to put it in a locker unsecured. I did as he said, however the young white lady immediately to my right had her bag and he said NOTHING TO HER!!! And let her alone. Next I went to the front desk and asked why there was a seemingly double standard. The lady at the desk the consulted with the man and finally came over to where we both were working out and asked her to put her bag away. BUT when she talked about not having a lock, valuables, etc...THEY OFFERED TO CARRY HER BAG TO BEHIND THE FRONT DESK COUNTER. WHAT IS YOUR EXCUSE PLANET FITNESS???
