If I could give this place 100 stars, I would! I bought a spinning bike secondhand off Facebook marketplace, not knowing that it was broken. After riding a couple of days, I noticed something was off with the bike and attempted to fix it myself... and then promptly broke it even worse. I called a fitness equipment store who referred me here, and I am so glad they did. Ben was responsive, easy to schedule with and on time. He showed up with a mask and other protective gear on to make sure everyone was protected, and then immediately got to work. Ben's whole demeanor was such a treat and I felt comfortable leaving him in another room to work on the bike while I took calls in my office. When all was said and done, Ben was able to fix my spinning bike and now it's as good as new. I was prepared to pay a pretty penny for Ben's great work and was pleasantly surprised with how reasonable his prices were. I highly recommend Ben. I had a diamondback stationary bike that I loved but got damaged during a move. I was able to text him a picture of the problem and he told me what was needed to fix it. Setting up an appointment was quick and easy. He arrived on time. The manufacturer sent me the wrong part so he was unable to fix my bike. He ended up coming out a total of 3 times due to me being sent the wrong part. He did not charge me the times he came out and was unable to fix my bike. He charged me half of what Sears was going to charge just to LOOK at my bike. I'd highly recommend him. He's honest, nice, affordable, reliable, and does good work. read more

I spoke with Ben of Fitness Services Unlimited this week about a noise my Precor treadmill was making when I turned it on after a year of non-use and then a move. Ben was generous with his time and patient answering my many questions. He ultimately made a suggestion that has led to no more noise....yay! I am able to use my treadmill once again and did not even need a service call. Ben was more interested in helping me than making a buck...that kind of honesty and customer service is a rarity these days and very appreciated.
