0 stars. I purchased these on Wednesday, thinking it was too good to be true. This was a tough colorway to find, but to my surprise, Dicks had a size 12. I called then today only to find out my order wouldn't be ready for two months.. Please see the pictures below. This cost me a week of time and couldn't be more disappointed by the lack of follow up over the course of 4 business days. I ended up paying over 2x the price for different shoes on a better website, while Dicks takes another 5 days to process my refund. I will have my shoes before Dicks processes my refund. That is how bad they are. I will never be shopping here again.

Dick's last resort... oops! No that is a different place.... We had bought some wrong items when we bought some stuff for baseball and we were just getting around to returning them. About 2 months later. As it turned out we had an exchange at a different Dicks and whatever they did there they made the receipt look like all items had been returned! The manager came up and sorted through it all and helped us out... I mean the return was for like 12$... but it took s but if work to get it to happen. They really handled the transaction well!! No fuss no muss! Thanks you guys... that was good customer service!

Shortest review ever. Not much to say except ABSOLUTELY ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE at this location. NONE. ZIP. NADA. Was in store for almost 40 minutes looking at $1200 treadmill and could not find a single employee. As I was walking out I did notice a couple of guys in other corner of store just gabbing away and there was one gal at front register. Pft... Other than that...very large store, well stocked, prices a bit higher than other sporting goods stores...basically an average Dick's. If you're in the market for a job, maybe they're hiring. Merp.

I never throw away blown out tennis shoes because I use them when I work in the yard and walk for short distances. Just like food or other items that expire fitness shoes have a life. Depending how frequent you use your use, you could average 6 months to over a year. When I was training for marathons, I literally bought a pair of running shoes every 6 months because of the long distance running. I always know when I am ready for a new pair of fitness shoes. The red flag sign that scream shoe replacement is needed primarily is pain. I have a high arch and when the arch falls in fitness shoes, my feet hurt. Another sign for fitness shoe replacement include worn-out shoe soles, and a noticeable decrease in traction while you are moving in class. When your feet are cushioned, your feet are happy. He allowed me take my shoes that I ordered online back to their shoe section to see if I could find a match in black. Unfortunately, black was sold out. However, I decided to keep my fitness shoes because they were comfortable on my feet, on sale ("Hot Deal") and I did not pay tax on the shoes. Happy feet...Happy Delores!

In fact, if they were a cat they might have exceeded their nine lives. Have you had the feeling like you can feel air hitting your feet, yet you do not know where it was coming from. Then you look down and realize that your toe is poking out of your shoe. Yep, that's what happened to me. Fortunately, I have a backup pair of tennis shoes, so I quickly activated plan B. Off I went to the Nike store in search of new pair of tennis shoes. I walked into the store with the confidence of a woman who new exactly what she wanted in an absolutely uncertain way. I told the sales representative I needed tennis shoes that said, "I'm an athlete but also person who cry at romantic comedies." He handed me a pair that looked like they could be perfect until I saw the price tag. Who pays over $100 for tennis shoes...not me! Did $50 tennis shoes go out with the dark ages? Have I been living under a rock? Remember discounts and sales are my shopping love language. Trying them on was a feat. Size 9, please. Well, no 9's in that style, but here's a 8 for sizing. What exactly does that mean? I have worn a size 9 tennis shoes for about 15 years. First, I had to wrestle my foot in like I was stuffing an air mattress back into its original packaging. I stumbled up and felt like my feet was pulsating the song "We will rock you" by Queen. To test drive these shoes, I did a test jog down the aisle and back, narrowly avoiding a stack of shoeboxes and a child throwing tiny cars like little projectile missiles. The service was very good in the store. I cannot make a quick decision regarding expensive tennis shoes. So, I decided to wait for the Black Friday Sale in November or perhaps an earlier sale.

I look at zipper construction, button construction, and inspect the stitching. The three times that I've ended up purchasing items here, the staff here have been extremely helpful in searching for items or looking for specific colors or sizes. I've never witnessed them selling or attempting to sell, as their items are able to sell themselves. Since they are what one might call athleisure, for each clothing type (whether shorts, pants, shirts, jackets, etc), they usually have multiple variants, including those made of different weighted fabrics, offered in a palette of colors. I have found their clothes to be functional (e.g. multiple pockets, including extra zipper pockets) and durable. That said I've only worn their higher weight fabric clothing. They do have a fitting room with several stalls. And the staff working there are more than happy to offer and assist you in retrieving extra items from the store. Checkout is also a breeze; they tend to do electric receipts via email, although print outs are possible. I think their pricing is fair. According to the frequency with which I wear the purchases from here, I seem to be getting good value and utility out of the clothing here. Also, their fabrics are quite comfortable.
