I notified Charlie of the issue and he was in a rush to leave the store and told me that the driver should arrive at my home at some point in evening. The delivery guy Victor showed up non-apologetic about his lateness. Additionally, Charlie did not have the courtesy to call me to see if I was satisfied with the product or to verify deliver!
