Came in since my daughter had an sim error on her iPhone. Store was not busy and a sales person greeted us as soon as we walk through the door. Told him our issue and he was real straightforward and told us we can either get a new SIM card from him for $20. or go to a corporate store and get it free. He even gave us the closest location. sorry to be this way but as someone actively spending hundreds of dollars with this service. I expect employees to be able to speak English without struggling and getting mad at me because THEY don't speak proper English. Maybe this place is good if you speak the language that's spoken behind the counter it'll be a good experience but if you speak only English go to a different verizon. When they see you walk in and you're not Asian, they immediately frown, and when they do help you they ONLY try to upsell you and will flat out tell you NO to things they CAN do just because they don't want to help. read more

I had my iPhone 6s for almost 3 years now and I was so determined to keep it alive until this Black Friday. However, I dropped my phone in the toilet (of course) and I had no choice but to get a new phone. After doing some research, I decided to check this place out due to the amazing reviews. I came here yesterday (Saturday morning @11:30am) a bit nervous b/c I knew I had to drop a lot of $$$ here. When I went in, I was greeted by 2 Korean ladies-- one middle aged lady and one teenage lady. I started out by telling them about my broken phone and that I was here to look for a new phone. Then, I saw the prices on the new iPhones (8/ X) and was shook. I gravitated towards the college student working (as she seemed more approachable) and asked her about any plans they can offer. In the end, she shared about an affordable monthly plan and told me her honest opinion on which phone/ plan to choose from. I loved her blunt honesty and friendliness that I really enjoyed my stay here, although it turned out to be ~40-50min due to my indecisiveness and forgetfulness of my iCloud password. I sneakily asked her for a discount on a new phone case but her boss was sitting next to her, so she was unable to give it to me for free, but she did give me a complementary glass screen protector and slid inside my bag a wireless charger! This sweet part-time worker named Jing really eased my first purchase of my own new phone and allowed me to have a few laughs too! Thank you! Highly recommend! :) read more

I've been a customer at this location for years and I have had no problems with the service ever. The service at this store is phenomenal. Andy and Yeojin were extremely helpful, kind, and patient. I live in Long Island, but the impeccable service draws me back to this store. Other Verizon retailers are definitely not as accommodating as this location. This is hands down the best Verizon store I've ever been to. I came in to buy a new iPhone after my 6s crashed on me and I honestly couldn't be more impressed with the customer service here! I arrived about half an hour before closing but I didn't feel rushed at all. The two gentlemen who helped me today were so patient and informative. I ended up getting an iPhone 8+ as well as some complementary accessories. I'll definitely be returning and will be referring all my friends here from now on. read more

We went to the store excited to switch over to Verizon carrier. Sadly, the sales agent did not even want to help us from the get-go, even though there were no other customers in the store when we got there. Later, I realized it was because we weren't Korean. He reluctantly began the process for us, but he left several times to engage with the other Korean customers that came in after us. He flustered very easily and made us feel like we couldn't ask any questions. It is odd because the previous reviews all say he had been amazing. We went here in the first place because of the positive reviews. He asked for cash payment for SIM cards, and did not explain our total bill to us. He made us feel extremely unwelcome as first-time Verizon customers. I highly recommend against this Verizon location. read more

I first visited this location on Sunday and was helped by the owner of the store - he was so kind and explained all the little details of my plan even though I don't speak Korean too well. So I came back on Tuesday with my mom and changed our plan and phones, this time we were helped by Andy. He was so sweet and explained everything so that my mom could understand and gave us different options and did all the math so that we could see what our bill would come out to during the 1st month and than the subsequent months. He went beyond what anyone else did for us in the past in other locations - we will definitely be coming here for any phone issues or questions and that speaks a lot since I live in the Bronx. The store is a little hard to see but I found this store while I was roaming around the area. I was due for an upgrade and I wanted to Samsung S5 so I went in and got it done right away! The staff were so friendly. Service was also great. They put on a screen protector on my phone for free! On top of that they gave me a great discount of the case.
