Let's talk about the staff first, all of them are absolutely amazing. From the time you walk in until you leave there is always someone there to help you. The managers are always willing to Accommodate any needs that you may have they are top notch. Now let's talk about the trainers. I was bless to get to workout with rich. this pure gentleman was everything you could ever want in a personal trainer. He knew his job down to the smallest detail. Plus he cares about his club and clients. I'm no rookie In the gym (20 years ) and I learn so much. It was humbling And rewarding. The lesson I'm leaving with I will definitely use in the future Let's please don't forget they have a boxing gym level red. Absolutely phenomenal classes and instructors. I got a new job and didn't have 30 days to give to cancel my membership, which ok I signed a contract. I am moving to a location where another level red is close by. I asked if I could just transfer my membership because I enjoy boxing and I initially had a good experience until I realized it is just about money for them. I was told that "gyms are more expensive " where I will be living so I will have to cancel and re sign up at a more inflated price when I already had a membership and they obviously just wanted more money. I'm glad it's about the money because I will never recommend this place to anyone. I have also honestly never had worse customer service and no one even tried to assist me. They basically had a too bad approach and very poor people skills. They want their money and I want people to know how they handle their business.

The room is cold ALL the time, winter and summer. The floor is not clean and we frequently need to wipe up wet areas on the floor before putting our mats down.
