It took a week to communicate with Mark (owner and sole operator) despite emailing and calling (left my email address and cell phone with the option to text) . I lost valuable time. I'm off the next two weeks and he's booking 3 weeks out. He doesn't book appointments Mondays and Fridays and Mondays are my regular day off. His reviews were good which is why I was trying to make an appointment with him but I couldn't use him since he was hard to reach despite all my attempts. He ended up telling me he didn't think we were a good match because of our schedules and before I could say I'll call him far in advance the next time I had a week off he hung up. I'm now looking for someone else. Why do businesses have their email address if they don't respond or use emails? Texting is great for finding a time to talk in person. He refinished the entire tub,which was completed in about 4 hours. The shower was ready to use again the following day. My mother has an eye for detail, and noticed the tub surface was slightly uneven / gritty in a few spots. She gave Mark a call about her concerns.
