I've called Cincinnati Concrete Artisans at a Cincinnati area phone number three times now within the past 2 1/2 days with the promise that an estimator would call me back within the hour. That has never happened. The same woman answers the phone each time, in broken English, and is rude, tells me the same thing, but I've not heard from an estimator yet. Then that same woman calls me, from a Las Vegas phone number, saying she received a missed call from me and asked if we needed concrete work done! What is going on?!?! I'd strongly recommend staying away from this debacle of a business! Very shady to say the least!! I don't even want to give them one star but I have to in order to submit my review!
