Tiles removed, cabinets removed, walls cut out, plumbing lines replaced...it was a Disaster. 2 things went our way (1) the insurance company covered all costs (2) Darrell and his team handled the entire job, start to finish. We didn't have to call a bunch of different contractors in, they handled it all, even helped us work with the insurance company and came in on budget (which is unheard of) Darrell and his very competent and meticulous staff, especially Zsolt, not only solved the mystery of the leak but fixed it in a timely manner and made all necessary wall, tile, etc repairs. You would never know any work was done. Darrell made numerous inspections of the work to insure all was in order and we were satisfied with the work ... which we definitely were. Our house and our lives are back in order (actually better than before). We are posting this review to let others know there is a contractor that actually knows what he is doing, who you can actually trust to do what he says, who actually cares about his customers. It wasn't just the work got done and the results were better than expected, its that he actually cared about us and how we felt about the job. It shakes my house whether they're next door, across the street, or even further away. They don't care if it's 7 am and they will start earlier than 8 am on weekends too. They've done nothing to improve their scheduling and are in my neighborhood at houses within earshot 4 or more times a week, all year long. They make living in this extremely high property taxed neighborhood a nightmare.

They are the nicest guys, friendly, effecient, professional, you can ask them anything and the job they is do is first-rate. They do the lawn maintenance, the weeding, the gutters, the snow removal... everything my aging parents need to keep their home in tip top shape. This is especially important to me as they get older. They want to grow old in place and it is a tremendous relief to know they are not doing this manual labor on their own. If it wasn't done to their satisfaction, I fear the folks would be out there doing it themselves. It is so nice to know they are in such good hands.
