Then the owner Stephanie came over and said we will not turn on the air. And was rude! Then said to cone into the kitchen. She opened the door and said to her husband this is the lady who is leaving because it's to hot! So I said so I'm a customer who comes here and are you telling me not to come back? She then saluted the flag and said bye. Wow how rude how unprofessional. And talk about not caring about your customers. And what about your staff that's running around like they're crazy and they're sweating. She doesn't have to worry about me ever coming there again. There are many more restaurants in the area. In fact when we left there and went somewhere else as soon as we walked in, there was air-conditioning on. And when I commented to the manager, she said you have to keep your customer and your staff comfortable. She's 100% right. I guess at Renato's the customers don't matter shame on them.

Of course I apologized for interrupting her, and quietly exited. I'll say it again: I don't expect much, but basic human decency is lacking here. Do they seek out the worst? Do they train them to be miserable? Do they dock their salaries if they smile or are simply polite? All of the above? I don't know the answer, but I do know that I'll not be returning. You shouldn't either.

The staff behind the counter don't even put their phone away when a customer approaches. The Bordeaux turns out to be really superieur so we put the Josh aside for a rainy day.
