When I complained about the excessive heat and smells it produced, he "vented" it using the previous standing tank's exhaust. After nearly a week, we were still having problems so we started looking into it, only to discover he had installed an OUTDOOR unit! I turned to Yelp and found Josh Mintz plumbing, who I called first thing the next morning. Thankfully, he had an opening to come take a look a few hours later. Upon arrival, he IMMEDIATELY realized the danger we were in, and made arrangements to remove the improper unit right then. He and his crew replaced it with a wonderful, quiet, smell-free tankless water heater that same day! I am SO thankful for Josh & his crew--there's no telling what could have happened if the prior one was left in place (carbon monoxide, explosion, fire, etc). Josh is very professional, knows his stuff, and really cares about his clients. He'll be my go-to plumber from now on!

They came and took a couple stabs at fixing but when it rains it still leaks, same if there is snow accumulation. I sent a video said he would come fix it don't worry, he didn't and now won't answer his phone for me or his text. I'm not sure why he can't have a conversation if he don't plan to fix it just tell me why. As it stands I guess I'll have to get an alternative company to fix it and take them to court for reimbursement. With spring upon us I thought you should be warned or informed about this.
