We contacted Robyn at Westark who immediately dispatched Josh to us. He quickly diagnosed the problem as our old Orangeburg sewer line having collapsed. He showed us the broken pieces to verify what had happened. Utilities were promptly contacted and came to mark the lines. The next day a backhoe arrived to dig up the old collapsed line along with a crew of Caleb, Joseph, Winston, Jared and Brad (I hope I didn't miss anyone).
