The racks are junky and disorganized, and so close together you can hardly get around! The two young girls in Cosmetics especially need to learn manners, to move the line along and be considerate of all. And not just waste time chatting with their friends! They are totally nonchalant and not at all concerned with helping the long lines waiting there- since most of the other registers are closed! With the new stores opening across the street, I will be truly amazed if this Belk stays in business!

For excessive wait times, this is why customers have gone the route of using online retailers. No one wants to go to a discount retailer to then be faced with a 30 minute line. Forget about finding a cashier with less than 6 in line. Very rare. Many items in the pharmacy section have a 6 month or less expiration date! Someone is NOT vigilant! Clothing looks cheap but costs more! Worst of all, I cannot find simple things I'm shopping for because they are in very odd places, not priced, and aisle signs are not well labeled. The APP usually does NOT even work in the store, so it too is useless. Often personnel are as confused as I am when I ask for directions. I want the old WalMart back, with better organization! I avoid going to this one unless I am desperate. Then I always regret it.
