The store is smaller than most Walmarts, but usually has what I am looking for. It is not the cleanest store, however, and often has items covered in dust and floors that look like they haven't been cleaned in months in the side aisles. Parking can be an issue, but I tend to park near the side door and go in that way to avoid the chaos that can be by the main door.

The Arts and Crafts are basically nonexistent except for a few skeins of wool and some paint stuff and a few prepackaged fabrics. What is going on with this store? For excessive wait times, this is why customers have gone the route of using online retailers. No one wants to go to a discount retailer to then be faced with a 30 minute line. There is a lot of good for the TJ Maxx brand but overall customer service needs improvement.

I walked and walked around the store and there were zero employees to ask about the second one as there was just one that I could find. When every single employee came out of the bathroom at the same time I explained my situation and the lady told me to go back to kids clothes and ask her to help me. I said can you call her and let her know I'm coming and she said no.??? So I left the store, ordered them on line for pick up at the store and got them. Ridiculous!! I bought a shirt for my father in law at the Men's store and the salesperson could not have been more helpful. He was asked to speak as a Veteran at a Fourth of July event and the man doesn't own something red, white and blue.Had to fix that! Great experience. I also bought a cute infant outfit for my neighbor who just had a baby girl. Took awhile as two employees were engrossed in conversation even though I was standing right there waiting to check out.
