Stopped by Five Below hoping to get an oil diffuser. It was a Sunday, the store was not too busy. Merchandise is everywhere, some what disorganized. Hard to know where to find items if you are looking to get in, and get out. Store employees were hard to find, it took a while to find someone to ask if they had any oil diffusers. Finally after walking around the store, looking through all of the countless merchandise, an employee told me they were no longer in the store despite the website showing they were. If you're looking for value maybe try Five Below. Personally I was not impressed with the store. read more

This store is sorta like IKEA for random stuff. Everything from phone case to sporting equipments. It's a fun store if you like flea markets and hunting for random stuff that you don't know you need. Plenty of parking since its in a strip mall read more

I had never been to this store before. The store was clean, spacious and well-stocked. I asked an employee for assistance in locating an item and she was very helpful, pleasant and chatty. There was another employee by the self checkout demonstrating how to use it. She was also very pleasant, This parking lot is always very busy and with aggressive drivers. Not the store's responsibility but be aware. (I just didn't park directly in front of the store because of the aggressive drivers.) read more

I've been in here several times It's like a step up from A dollar store. Except it's not that ghetto They sell tons of crap you don't need, but I went in and found car chargers and cords for really cheap The place is either totally crowded or empty Cashiers have always been nice. I enjoy coming here because they have almost everything for those little people (36 inches or less) that I work with daily. From stickers, play dough, books, work out equipment, T-shirts (funny logos) nail polish, pet accessories, gift bags, candy and/or cell phone cases. It basically reminds you of a High End Dollar Store except the items cost $5.00 and below..Duh I've seen people shopping for Christmas gifts in here. They have cool trinkets for girls between ages (7-15 years of age), especially if your decorating their room. Oh the employees are pretty cool they will actually look in the back for you if you need something. Parking can be a nightmare depending on the time you visit (beware Sat and Sunday). Go visit Five Below but be careful with your wallet those bucks can add up really fast. read more

I've been to this five & below a few times . They have moved this store a couple stores down and it seems more spaced out now . It seems super clean . Only thing i can say is the staff is all spread out and hard to find . I finally found somebody to ask a question because they only have self checkout and he sent me to somebody named mark who was already helping somebody. I asked mark if he could assist me when he was done because his coworker was a bit lazy or pre occupied . Mark helped me out as soon as he was finished & was very kind as i had no idea how to use Apple Pay . He was patient in showing me how . Thank you . It'd be nice to have regular registers though there are too many self checkouts that were out of order . read more

"Its basically a dollar store on steroids." Couldn't have said it myself Derick! If you love dollar stores, you'll find Five Below to die for. There are quite a few gems to find but unfortunately you have to sift through some rough to find them. personally I found good deals on books, candy, drinks, and flip-flops (oddly enough). The biggest drawback is the crowd. During prime sales time the place is a madhouse. Also good luck finding parking. Five Below is part of a shopping strip on Route 3 and both finding spaces and entering/exiting the lot is a test of patience. read more

I usually am a fan of Five-Below for their little things that you actually don't need and the ones in the "even-without-those-life-will-still-go-on" aisle. This location is a big disappointment though. Not a great collection at all. The aisles are almost always empty, no one has the time to stock up. The staff is rude, always angry with a why-am-I-here look on their face. I am not sure if I'll ever need something so bad from this store that would be worth taking the staff's BS. read more

I can agree with everyone else's reviews about the staff. They really are miserable. You can feel it as soon as you walk into the store. I've come here on several occasions and have yet to find an employee who's welcoming and friendly. And the store is always half empty. I stopped coming here unless it's a last minute pick-up since it's the closest store to me. Otherwise I drive to the locations in Wayne. read more

Alot of people still don't know about 5 Below, well you need too. Its basically a dollar store on steroids. Nothing is more than 5 bucks so that means theres everything in here. Perfect place to take kids, toys galore, arts crafts, board games, stationary, cell phone cases and chargers, every kind of ball you can imagine, every kind of candy too, I mean I could go on forever but Ill stop there. Horrible staff presence. I visited the store last night to purchase an item. As I walk around & look the staff is no where to be found except to continuously come find me to remind me that the stores about to close. I asked a representative to help me find a "C port charger with Audio plug on the other side". They'd take a look around for two seconds & call someone then disappear. On two different incidents this occurred, once I got tired of no help. I began to walk around the store to find something else..see if there was anything else I can find. One young lady walked up to me and said "Ms. we're closing soon"..so I said "Ok"..She said just letting you know before we make the announcement. I again said "Ok, Thank you"..I'm in the last aisle about to head forward & three workers are on the other end of the aisle..having a conversation amongst themselves loud enough for me to hear them asking.."Are we closed yet"?? & one of the other young ladies stating.."No..not yet" with me standing in the aisle in clear visible sight. So I walk off &!head to the front register. Before I get to the register another young lady is yelling to me..guiding me to the register she'll take care of you on 4..pointing to the register. While checking out. I ask the cashier whom the manager was and she said "right there her name is Liz. I said thank you and I paid for my purchase and left. Got in my car and sent out a corporate support email to highlight this behavior. I understand that these are young people whom wanted to be off on a Friday night. However, I am a manager in a completely different field..& I wish I would ever get one email. Phone call or even visit to my office informing/alerting me that one of my staff members "EVER" "EVER" treated as rude or uninviting as this store treated me. They would immediately be dismissed. In today's time. There must be professionalism being displayed no matter the organization, level of employment, presence/absence of a manager. I think this staff needs better training & managers need to monitor all moving parts of the store. Let's just say this visit really bothered me & my Husband did not have a great ride home. read more

Lots of useless crap you don't really need. Good to buy gifts for kids you don't really care about though. Sweet stuff! This is a great location for cheap goods like albums, party favors, Apple product accessories, boogie boards, etc. You'll find random stuff here, but they stay true to their word & everything is $5 or less. Love this sweet little spot & they're conveniently located right off Route 3 West too! read more

Lots of good stuff that you can get really cheap. Great to grab some snacks here before going to the movies.

This is a great place to get everything you need for $5 or less. They sell snacks, incense, phone chargers, cases, ipad cases, bluetooth speakers, workout accessories, workout clothes, toys, coloring books, makeup etc. Its a potpourri of stuf. I only have 2 issues - 1. Merchandise is sometimes randomly placed. The foam roller for post exercise was not with the exercise atuff. 2. The staff is a little grumpy. The cashier with the re5s hair ia a little rough. She should learn to relax her face, and say Thank you. read more

I love this store for its' great prices & selections. Always new items and a place to find affordable gifts for the kids...as well as adults. Parking can be. Hassle at times due to the traffic from Route 3, but looking past that, a great place to shop for anything from clothing & books to electronics & games. Keep an eye for sale items because they sell thru quickly. read more

the management is the worst here, not even a hello at the cash register, I felt like a bother while spending around $50. Then after they made a mistake and charged me for something I didn't buy it was an ordeal getting help to refund me. The short haired purple haired nasty woman working here is awful. read more

Has a lot of great selections. HUGE amounts of candy, flip flops & toys. First time here and loved it. If your claustrophobic, probably not the best place since everything is jammed packed. But everything is under $5. Can't beat that! Also clean for the most part. Lost of name brand things too! read more
