I saw Clothes for men, women, boys, and girls. Ugly sweaters, festive sweaters, and regular sweaters. I saw a warming blanket that I am interested in. I am like a kid in a candy store. You heard me? I realize you all may have been there but let give praises, I am excited.... LOL. This place reminds me of Bed, Bath, and Beyond combine with Kmart, JCPenney, and Cuisinart, merged as one unit. I can't wait to come back with extra time to shop because time did not permit today. My plus one came to pick something up and the representative was so helpful. She went above and beyond to tend to us. She could have directed us to the pickup area and called it a day. Instead, she asked all of the correct information needed causing her to be able to retrieve the package for pick up. What resonated with me was the representative setting aside what she was doing to tend to our needs. She aced the four levels of customer service. 1. Unsatisfactory- satisfied 2. The lady in the store was very nice and extremely helpful. I went myself to pick up the coat and bought a size small. Unfortunately it was too small and my daughter had to go back to get a medium. The lady was very nice and exchanged it with no issues at all. Great customer service and one of the only uniform stores around that actually carry lab coats.
