As I walked in I was greeted by both a sales assistant and Rebeca the owner. Both were very friendly and accommodating, and within a few minutes, I had beautiful sparkly studs in my ears. I was very pleased with how meticulous Rebeca was on making sure the holes were even, she even pulled out a little ruler to measure. The piercing was pretty painless (it was my third hole so I'm kinda a pro.) I was really happy with my experience. It's a calm environment which I think would be good for kids. You are given a cleaning lotion and instructions how to keep them clean and infection free! I am pretty sure they do cartilage piercing on the ear also. Beside the ear piercing, they have a ton of cute accessories to browse. I ended up getting a necklace that have been searching for after seeing it on a girl at the Belmont Stakes. This is the second time that I had this type of experience at this location. The first time was a few years ago, and it was even worse than this experience. During my visit, I wasn't the only customer in the store, but I was the only customer that looked like me and that was being followed. So, If you look like me, or if you care about these type of things happening to people, you shouldn't shop here. And, quite frankly, they don't seem to want people who look like me shopping there anyway.
