I've never dealt with racism before but I dealt with it today. I watched a Hispanic couple before me return a pair of shoes that have obviously been worn. They look not good. Well they let them return them without even looking at them. Just scan the receipt then. The manager came over and took the money out of the door and gave it to him. But me they looked over the shoes with the fine too comb and then refuse to return them because they said the bottoms were dirty. I forgot to mention I called before I came because I live an hour away. I called to make sure that I can return them and I explained that my son wore them one day and they didn't fit him. They were hurting his feet so I called to make sure that I wouldn't get turned away if I drove an hour to return them and they said no problem. If I was Hispanic they wouldn't even have looked at them but since I wasn't it was a problem. What a horrible store. I won't stop until that manager is fired because it's not right to treat people like that.

At the store management has no idea what they're doing. There almost never is carts anymore at the front of the store. Several days a week you go in and their store shelves are pretty bare. When I asked about this they inform you that they did not want to have any back stock so they would rather run out then keep a little supply in the back in case they run out. Allow them poison are nice but it's always the same story when there's a problem employees and form you that they're not allowed to do anything about it that only management can for any type of problem. They were completely out of Tyson chicken and the frozen food department asked employee for help and he told me that he told a major I needed help because it was a his department and I stood there for 30 minutes and no one came asked another employee he Made an announcement and still no one showed up. I called corporate while in the store and inform them of what was going on they apologized and said they were gonna file a report but I never heard anything back and I never did get any customer service and this is typical of this place.
