Carlos was kind, knowledgable and genuine about telling me the pros of the food they carried and what would be best for my little man. You can tell that Urban Pets prides itself on carrying quality product + forming happy connections with their customers and our fur-babies. We went with Orijen brand dry dog food, which Carlos explained had much more benefits and nutrients than Winnies old stuff, some treats, and a fun new (indestructible) dog toy called a Monster Mouth (which Winston LOVES!) Fun fact: they even stopped by the grocery store on their way to deliver our order for pumpkin puree to mix into Winston's new food so it would be easier on his tummy. I mean, talk about 5-star customer service! Urban Pets is now my go-to whenever I need something for my sweet pupper.
