Clean store for the amount of people that are here every time we stop while in the area. The setup inside is nice & it's easy to find the items you need plus some you probably didn't think you needed but got anyway. read more

Tried to go in and buy some stuff they don't accept tap to Pay so you have to use their shitty version Walmart pay so I tried setting it up put all the information on my card in and it would not work I even asked customer services for help and they couldn't figure it out either what a shitty system not to mention store was very unorganized read more

Very rude, hostile and angry employee Zack Assistant manager at Jacksboro Walmart Dude has some serious anger and behavioral issues He tries to speak down and belittle you, which I find very funny considering he works at Walmart ;) Maybe he stopped taking his meds or needs some ??? Most the employees here are good just a few low level managers that need to be replaced. But it usually starts at the top so maybe the main store manager as well not sure haven't spoke to him yet or his boss which I will be. It's hard to find anyone working here that knows what is going on. Forget about calling to see if they have items in stock. I tried calling electronics to see if they had a mouse and keyboard. No one answered, so it went to another department. After it rang 20 times, someone did answer. When I told her what I was looking for, she sent me once again to the electronics department where it rang for another 20 times. If it were possible to give this store a negative 5, I would assign it. read more

I live nearby and this is the best large name place around for meat. All the other places are just too fatty. (I've literally had to drain my hamburgers before.) However, selection isn't huge, no matter what you are looking for. Also note that the people who come here are stereotypical Wal-Mart shoppers. I've had people follow me around, couch on me with out even trying to cover their mouths, and just all around weirdos. So, if you don't need meat, I'd suggest Food City down the street. I went to get tires put on I wouldn't recommend anyone do this they gave us wrong tires and I paid to balance them but that didn't happen been trying reach them I keep getting run around. But I want talk to district manager this is bull I waited on my day off fr work 4 hours and it was all wrong. I think anyone would want this fixed. read more

This place sucks. On the day before Thanksgiving we were forced to go get some stuff. I knew it was going to be bad. But I had no idea that the management of this store would do everything in their power to make it bad. I had to wait in line for 20 minutes. And when I mentioned it to the cashier she was well versed in the corporate propaganda. She thinks there is no problem with a twenty minute wait to check out. Since that is the management line that everyone is trained to toe, I will shop elsewhere because there is no hope for improvement here. read more

Apparently no one wrote a review because they are all in Wall-Mart. We have been coming to Lake Norris nearby since last century and have stopped at this Wall-mart dozens of times, mostly out of necessity because nothing else is either open or they don't have what we are looking to purchase. It doesn't matter what hour of the day or night the place is always busy and in spite of the 20 cash registers rarely are there more than 2 open. If you have other options run.....no need to hurry, you could still probably drive to Knoxville and back and save time. read more

The customer service is absolutely terrible. Was in the back having the oil changed in my truck and called the store to have someone come to the back to let me out of the back door and they hung up on me. Then 2 Walmart associates had come to the back to do something on the computer and saw my girlfriend and I standing at the door waiting to be let out and just turned around and left. Extremely, extremely, indubitably rude. I will never shop at this Walmart again! read more
