After it was delivered, we opened it and realized it was a regular mattress. We called the store and the manager, Steve, was unwilling to exchange the mattress. When my husband called back a few days later the manager told him that we can exchange the mattress. We tried calling the store back to tell them we wanted to do this and they either did not answer their phones or put my husband on hold for over 20 minutes. We still have more furniture to buy and while we love their furniture we will not be returning.
