They gave me either $12.80 in store credit or $9 something for cash. I took the store credit and bought a pair of pants. They are very friendly there, which I really like too. It is a place that is geared more for younger people and so I can understand why they didn't buy a lot of my things, but I used to sell a ton of my stuff in Amarillo at a store that had more space. First, I visited the store with a large amount of gently used clothing, expecting a professional and fair evaluation. Despite the fact that many of the items were in excellent condition and included quality brands, only a few items were accepted, and I received no clear explanation for the refusals. This left me feeling frustrated and undervalued, especially after spending time and money to bring my items in. Additionally, during my visit, it seemed that the criteria for what items are accepted were excessively restrictive and inconsistently applied. When I looked around, I noticed similar items on the sales floor that appeared comparable to what I had brought in, which made the rejection of my clothing feel arbitrary. While I understand that resale stores must be selective, I believe customers deserve clear criteria, respectful communication, and professional evaluations. I hope Daisy Exchange will review its processes and update their website indicating more details as what they are accepting to avoid confusion. I would look for a different consignment store to sell your items as this store in Tulsa Ok is a waste of your time.
