I still very much agree with my first review on this location. It's very clean and the employees don't mind helping you and they're very kind and helpful. I really like how the store is easy to navigate and the fact they even do pick up orders now and they do them fast this is super convenient for me as I'm always on the run. The parking lot is shared with other stores but it's huge so no worries there. They also have those self service kiosks now, so you can be quickly in and out but there's an employee always helping in that area and if you rather be rung out by an employee they will gladly help you. The store has changed though with things being higher than 5.00, but the selection of things are really great and I think they have a lot of great prices. I love Five Below, they have fun items that can be used as gifts for just a few bucks. I saw these "build your own" gingerbread houses and I had to get some for a friend's daughter. I am always so amazed that you can get fun, quality items for yourself or for others for just a few bucks at stores like Five Below. Talk about value; this is the best iPhone case I've ever equipped, and for $5, it was quite the bargain. This case is sturdy and large just like an otter case. There is honestly no need to spend $40 on a case at the apple store. Another thing worth mentioned is that Five Below stocks had an extensive collection of retro candy like Bazooka gum and PEZ. I wasnt sure what to expect. I was hoping that like the dollar tree, one could find a little bit of everything..... What I found was a large, brightly lit and extremely organized store filled with gift wrap, toys, socks,mittens/hats, books, school supplies, makeup and pillows with silly sayings on them...and that was about it. It felt like a random array of items but if none of the items exceeded 5 dollars...who really cares what's not there. The staff appeared to be miserable and observably pained when aproached for service. Again...you get what you pay for. read more

Love the merchandise that they sell! I buy my phone chargers there all the time and the work better than the apple ones. The employees that work there could work on their customer service skills better. They don't even greet you at the register as you check out. They're not very sociable people or nice in that matter to begin with. I once returned something that I had bought the day before to the store because the quality of it sucked and one of the cashiers that I went to wasn't really nice about it. She was quite rude about it too. I'm allowed to return it and get my money back if I wanted to within the 14 day period. And it was. you guys reading this might have a clue which five below employee I'm talking about if you shop at that particular store. I almost didn't get my full refund back because of it. I love five below as a store to buy things but I just wish the staff working there would be friendly with the customers most of the time. read more

This place is exactly what I thought it would be: a step up from dollar tree for a step up in price. They had a little of everything. Red Sox & Bruins stuff, novelty candy, t-shirts, nail polish, some unique home cleaning supplies, dvds, video games, seasonal stuff.... Worth a stop, especially since it's in the same plaza as Christmas Tree Shop. The attitude of the employees didn't effect my experience one way or another. They are young people, probably in school, with a shitty paying retail job. If you've ever been in that position, you would probably think their attitude is 100% appropriate. This place is ideal for party favors, stocking stuffers, easter baskets, or basically for anyone on a budget looking for fun stuff for kids. read more

I usually alway use amazon for cheap products. This is a great place for iPhone products too, chargers cases other accessories. I went in here for the first time yesterday and I was surprised that I liked the store as much as I did. It reminded me of a little flea market because of all the random stuff everywhere and the cheap prices. There is a ton of stuff packed into a small store so you need to take your time and look at everything or you'll miss stuff. I can't believe the nail polish selection 3 for $5 (nicole by OPI and other good ones) so many to choose from! There is a little of something for everyone and it's a good place for small gifts if your on a budget or you just want stuff for yourself. I think this is better then all the other dollar stores around so I will definitely keep coming back. read more

Stopped by here at 5:52 for a quick pick up, what would've taken me probably 3 minutes. However, i was greeted at the door by two workers who wouldn't let me come in and make my purchase because "we close in 5 minutes." Nothing exceeds $5. That old saying "you get what you paid for" rings true most of the time and this place is no exception to that! However, it is a great store to purchase seasonal items, stocking stuffer items, office/school supplies, travel size shampoos, and knick-knack novelty junk we don't need, but want. I have found some cool candy at this store, like Sugar Daddy's and Mary Janes... rarely see those being sold anywhere these days. It's located in the same plaza as Christmas Tree Shop and I Party so it's definitely a place to check out if you're on a shopping excursion for odds and ends or random stuff. read more

Little gem of a place to find inexpensive items, especially for kids. I work in a school and can always find supplies, books, lesson planners, educational games and prize box goodies here. They also have things like Asian candy, MLB and NHL merchandise, wet n wild cosmetics, and $5 tee-shirts for men and women. Good stop if you need an inexpensive gift or items to fill a child's gift basket. read more
