This morning the owner escalated -- screaming at us, telling us to "F* OFF,"** and openly saying they didn't care that we now have to cancel our wedding date because of their failure. Weddings are supposed to be the happiest day of your life -- this place will turn it into a nightmare. AVOID WEDDING WISHLIST LIKE THE PLAGUE. They'll take your money, botch your order, and treat you like garbage when you ask for help.

Charles Marks, the owner, came out to give us the suggestion of adding small balls to the inside of the ring. This prevents spinning but allows it to fit over her knuckle.
