I called today asking for an update on the order and was told that there was a shipping label created but it could be a little while longer before it was shipped. I asked to cancel the order and she could not have cared less and told me she didn't know when the refund would come through but "hopefully soon". I was really excited about supporting a small business instead of the big citrus grower everyone knows, it's so disappointing.
