She makes sure she does what she needs to do for the fat that is transferred to live and I retained 85-90% of fat from the 1st round!! During the consultation I was of course asked for my medical history which I provided I let them know I had fibromyalgia at that time. (it is not the owner or the manager in the room with you during the initial consultation, so they are not fully aware of the information provided) I also opened an account through cherry which is a financial institution The Glow Method is affiliated with in order to pay for the procedure per their options. I scheduled my procedure for about 4 months in advance. I made several on time payments as directed. At my Pre-Op appointment I went in and discussed the procedure with Eliza and she advised me against the procedure due to my Fibromyalgia and how much it would hurt, which I was very grateful that she let me know at the time. (When I mentioned this to the manager later on, she brushed it off and stated she wasn't aware that this was the reason for my cancellation ) So I asked Eliza if I could cancel and get a refund for what I've paid into the procedure and she said it would be no problem. Well.. it was a problem. The Glow Method ended up refunding Cherry only a partial payment and they kept the rest around $1500. After several weeks of going in circles with Amber the manager, I was basically told nothing could be done to refund anything else as the Cherry account was closed and they were keeping the deposit of 20% of the total $7,500 which I was not informed about in any consultation (read the fine print ladies) Amber kept having me track her down to figure out what was going on which was incredibly frustrating. She just kept saying she's working on it... If she knew they were keeping the money, then why have me go in circles trying to contact them to follow up? The "transparency" they claim to have was not coming through. I guess the company must be in dire need in order to keep that much money for absolutely no services provided. At one point Amber even mocked and said, "well what do you want me to do give you a check? we don't have checks here at the office haha." This happened to a friend of mine a few years back where they also kept her $2000 cash and wouldn't refund it and that was not 20% of her total. (I had hoped I wouldn't go through the same thing I guess) So if you plan on getting a procedure of this magnitude keep in mind that you will lose any money you have paid into the procedure if you need to cancel, even if you were advised to do so.... This was an incredibly expensive "consultation" I guess I donated to a poor pathetic cause. Ladies there are so many other places to receive these types of services. Don't risk this amount of money on a company that responds in this manner when something comes up.. especially a medical reason. You just never know what can happen by the time your procedure arrives and you may need to cancel, you don't want to lose that much money.

The only downside from my experience was that Rambha answered a phone call during my session and proceeded to converse for the next 5-10-ish minutes while leaving me to just hang out. I thought that was kind of unprofessional, but it wasn't a deal breaker cuz I'll be back. Plus, if going back means the possibility of seeing this guy I saw there in his two-sided puss n' boots t-shirt again, I'm so there. Note: Rambha only takes cash or check, but she prefers cash (who doesn't?). Once you enter the salon, be sure to walk down the hallway to the left because that's where Rambha's little section sits. You can try to follow the instructions upon walking into the salon by using the electronic registering service, but I did, and it did nothing. I just waited until Rambha came out to get coffee and just happened to ask if I was waiting for something. I let her know about my shoulder and neck being knotted from working at a desk and also doing a lot of weightlifting. She really got in there and helped ease all of my shoulder tension and was great at communicating and making sure it wasn't too much pressure. I also let my masseuse know that I had an arm tattoo that is still healing (at 4 weeks post-tat, I still didn't want any oil or rubbing on it) and she was super accommodating to this request! Super clean and relaxing energy. Everyone was very kind. As someone who is both regularly active and sits at a desk for work, I will be coming back here probably once a month for my health.
