I've been getting neurotoxin for a while now and regularly go to med spas, so when I saw the pricing, I was definitely thinking it might be too good to be true. It wasn't. The nurse who did my injections was extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to explain things in detail and actually corrected some assumptions I had based on past treatments. At first I was unsure, but when I went home and looked everything up, she was absolutely right. It honestly made me realize that in the past I may have been given unnecessary units not out of malice, but lack of expertise. What I appreciated most is that she did not over-unit me or push extra product "just because." She was very intentional with placement and dosing. I had my treatment done in mid-November, and it's now January my face is still frozen with minimal movement, which speaks for itself when it comes to product quality and technique. The appointment itself was super quick and efficient, which I actually loved. This isn't a place with a million services it's more of an in-and-out, no-nonsense spot if you know what you want and want it done well. Perfect for a quick refresh without a long, drawn-out appointment. My cousin also had a great experience, and we both left really happy. They also offer Klarna, which is convenient (and honestly a little dangerous in the best way). Overall, I was pleasantly surprised in the best way. When I arrived for my appointment, I found the salon permanently closed and the door locked. After some digging, I saw a Facebook post stating the business had closed, but relying solely on a Facebook post is not sufficient when the booking system is still active and sending confirmation texts. As an out-of-town client, there was no way for me to know my appointment was no longer valid. No call, no text, no cancellation notice. This was not a casual appointment -- it was for a wedding -- and the lack of communication forced me to scramble at the last minute. If a business is closing, booked clients should be proactively notified and all booking systems disabled. This situation could have been avoided with basic communication. Thankfully, I was able to find another salon last minute -- Primp and Blow Chandler -- who completely saved the day. Five stars to them for stepping in on short notice and doing an amazing job.

When I contacted CS they brushed me off and were of no help. After waiting a few days I decided to send emails (2) to their CS email address but never received any response. I also sent a message via Facebook and haven't received a response. I'm a single Mom working in disaster recovery and crisis management, I've been a bit busy this year and didn't have time to worry about my lousy Philosophy points. They don't care that I've had a pandemic to worry about while taking care of my child, they've proven they only care about making money and screw the customer. Truly outstanding customer service & care! I can't wait to come back again when I'm in the area and try more of their amazing skin care products.
