Several times the caretakers have been agency employees hired to fill vacant spots. Many of the better employees have and are leaving, and I can't really blame them. This place is managed and run so poorly I can't even begin to describe. My elderly mother is recovering from a broken back, and was injured while going through their physical therapy and now has a fracture in her leg. Inexcusable! Our family has not even been able to get an incident report because they keep delaying. No offer of restitution for extended care; nothing! I only took a star off because the case manager we were assigned was not clear as to the discharged process. However once the director of the case managers was aware, he not only apologized and rectified the situation but also provided the same outstanding service we grew accustomed to from the rest of the departments.
