Hobbs Pharmacy had no problem obtaining the medication my doctor ordered. And they filled my prescription with a smile! They now take care of all my prescriptions. I will never go back to the big chains, or anywhere else for that matter. When I entered the pharmacy it was like stepping back into the neighborhood drugstore of the 60s and 70s. The store where you know the people, and they know you. They take care of you, because they care! After all, we are all neighbors. Over the years I have tried all the big chains since the demise of so many the neighborhood drugstores. CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, Publix, etc. etc. None of them can hold the candle to Hobbs Pharmacy. If you're looking for a great Pharmacy that does their best to take care of you, there really is only one choice........ Hobbs Pharmacy in Merritt Island! Try them. You'll never go anywhere else! DETAILS I see old reviews here. Unfortunately, all too often people only submit reviews when they have something to complain about. Not me. As someone who travels frequently I have interacted with at least a dozen different CVS pharmacies over the last five years in different cities and states. I've had consistently good service at all of them. As for the specific location in Cocoa, I've been going here since May, 2021 and have received excellent service over the phone, in the drive-through lane, and inside at the pharmacy itself. Oh, and I received my COVID booster from here as well just last week. I have never had a problem with this location despite their having to also deal with my consolidating Rx orders from other CVS locations where I'd previously had my meds filled in other cities. They are aces!

The store was clean and well organized, and the Christmas gift section was in between the front door and the drink section, so I did end up perusing this area briefly. Some cute stuff - I didn't know CVS has a relationship with Claire's, and I was surprised at the reasonable prices for the toys. Of course, this is a pharmacy so you can pick up your prescription here. They of course have all the usual things one may find at a Walgreens, such as shampoo, cosmetics, and over the counter medicine. I've noticed the prices are a bit higher than at my local Walgreens. One interesting thing they sell here, that I've never seen at a pharmacy is beer. They sell 24 packs of beer, why make multiple stops, when you can only make one? Given that back to school season is quickly approaching, you can also find all sorts of back to school essentials at this Walgreens. Conveniently, they also have restrooms for customers.

These medications were recommended by Mr. Miller, and he also wrote down the names of the medications for me. At the CVS store, I encountered a very young and enthusiastic male employee. He not only helped me find the over-the-counter medications I needed but also provided detailed information about which flavors were better and how to use them. Due to my urgency to get home and relieve my daughter's symptoms, I didn't ask for the young gentleman's name at that moment. However, I am very grateful for his friendly and attentive service. I hope that CVS continues to have more employees like him, as not every CVS employee is as outstanding.
