Van rolled up to our door at 10:05. Star for promptness Brian came in. Was friendly, professional and surveyed the rooms he was going to clean. Explained what he was going to and where he was going to start. Another star for that. Helped move a few things. Cleaned the carpet, put up with our tiny dog. Was super nice to our spoiled dog... very much appreciated that. Another star. Came downstairs cleaned the family room, the room where the dogs run into full of mulch. Yes dyed dark brown. So imagine the paw stained carpet. IT CAME OUT! Star for sure Very happy! Price was reasonable and no hidden costs. Another star Carpet is still kind of wet. This time, two young men came out to do the service. One of them entered our home without wiping his shoes and did not wear shoe guards, nor did he offer to put them on. They also did not put anything down on the floor to protect it prior to bringing in the cleaning equipment. While they did work quickly, they spent much of the appointment chatting loudly with each other. Both the couch and cushions were very wet when they finished, but maybe that is normal? After today, unlikely that I would use their services again.
