They talked me through the process, checked in often, and kept reassuring me that I was doing "awesome" (which I still side-eye a little, but I appreciated every word of encouragement ). The appointment was long and definitely pushed me outside my comfort zone, but I never felt rushed or dismissed. The care and compassion made a huge difference, and the end result was absolutely worth it. We even bonded over our dogs -- which somehow helped calm my nerves more than anything else. I left shaken, smiling, and very happy with how everything turned out. I must say out of all the medical appointments I have and had in my lifetime, dental appointments were the hardest for me until Dr. Watts became my dentist. He makes visiting the dentist very easy because he is gentle and patient. After he greets you and makes you comfortable, Dr. Watts will provide information about the dental work he is performing before, during and after the procedure. At least 10 years ago, I went to sleep in his chair and I was so embarrassed. He said it was okay. It happens. I have never fallen asleep in a dental chair no matter how tired I was. I was also too tensed to even relax before I started going to Dr. Watts. Another example, whenever I needed a shot for numbing, I did not feel that needle going deeply into my jaws and he also got it right the first time. This was a rare experience for me. Last, today, I got a crown and he informed me I had one before departing to see his next patient. I asked the front desk if I needed to return for the crown. They went to consult him about the crown. I already had the crown. I am so happy about the smoothness of this crown that I had to write this review. I am so happy that Dr. Watts is my dentist and I don't have to dread going to the dentist anymore.

It was super easy to make my initial first appointment, and the consultation was great! Fast forward to today .... I had my first fillings done by Dr. Jun and enough words cannot be said. Dr. Jun was very gentle, but what I noticed immediately is that he was VERY THOROUGH. You can tell that he's is really passionate about his work, and that he truly treats patients teeth like they are gems..... at least that's how I felt .
