I only saw the email last minute and there was no option for confirmation as seen in the image below. I get to the building at 12:57 for my 1pm appointment and I couldn't be let into the building because " we're close for the day". I see two ladies sitting inside at the front desk, I knock a few times and they don't even look at me. I then call the office number and one of them picks and says " they're close and beside, no appointments is scheduled for 1pm". I try to explain but she says o didn't confirm my appointment and that's why it was cancelled. She also tells me to go home and give them a call on Tuesday to reschedule. How can I get off work just to be spoken to over the phone when they're inside and can clearly see me? At least, I should have been let in and explained to why I could not be attended to but no, they'd rather speak to me over the phone than let me in. Mind you, this is my second cancelled appointment with me in the building and I hate to do this but these people do not understand customer service and compromise. It's shameful how they treat patents.

They had my negative review on another platform removed and if they dont fix these errors I will launch a website to ensure the details stay up. I paid my ortho bill IN FULL to prior to braces coming off yet 2 years later they start lying and sending me a bill. My mom's insurance covers her cleanings and now they are sending her incorrect bills saying she owes for cleanings. You need to replace your front office staff so your businss can soar because these billing errors are ridiculous!!!! And while the office staff is the issue, the practice is the one I will be reporting to the Maryland State Board od Dental Examiners. Fix the errors. I don't want anything for free but I refuse to pay you a dime of what I don't owe. Warning to all patients.... Go elsewhere!!! They will lie on your bill won't care to correct it. I didn't feel like I was a valued patient and I was driving 15 miles to get to them. Thus my quest to find a new dentist. A friend recommended her dentist and I am very happy to have found the McCarl Dental Group. Everyone I met at this office has been super friendly and helpful. I'm happy to have Dr Lee as my dentist and the dental hygienists, Nancy and Meagan are both very thorough and knowledgeable. The bonus is they are located very close to where I live so I no longer have to drive 15 miles. I highly recommend them.

Business coordinator, Fran, is classic example. Had 2 negative interactions with her and I questioned the role that race played in it. Provided my feedback and experience to Duarte. He told me it was a serious allegation and I should find another dentist. Apparently, he expected me to back down or apologize for being victimized. I believe in supporting your staff but racism is real and refusing to accept its existence is very naive and complicity. Hope that my feedback will put more scrutiny on this employee who is probably acting inappropriately with others.

SO GREAT!! They moved to a bigger space literally two building down and it is very nice as well. I came in for a cleaning and then they discovered a few things. Since then I'm glad they have been making sure I have the best and more reliable work done. My favorite thing besides the kind and professional service was the fact after my cleaning they put Vaseline on my lips. Honestly, that was the greatest feeling ever. Not only are your lips very dry when they are operating it's nice they thought to do that. I've never had anyone put Vaseline on my lips before, I was truly amazed. I will say that's the biggest reason why I stayed and will forever be a loyal client here. I already recommended this place to a few people and told them my experience. There are only women here as well and I am the biggest advocate for women in business. They all seem to be close and family orientated. Great location, great service, overall excellent experience.

He allayed my concerns by informing me that he would administer sufficient numbing of the area. He did and he massaged the area as well. He frequently asked if I was alright and assured me during the process. Surprisingly, I felt no pain or discomfort. I was so calm and relieved during the process. On my follow-up visit, Yessi did a phenomenal job! She removed my temporary crown seamlessly with swift action. She was relentless in assuring that the crown fit correctly allowing for flossing clearance. I loved how she worked. This young lady was quite proficient and professional and did it in record time! My experience was terrific. I highly recommend this practice. The office staff is also very welcoming and attentive. I am very pleased with this practice.

Dr. Rahim did a detailed examination of my xrays, followed by a thorough physical examination of the teeth in question. After this he made a detailed prognosis for the implementation of the needed work. Additionally, he made salient recommendations on other treatments from which I might benefit. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable and experienced from his long years in practice. He was also personable with a good sense of humor. Although schooled as a specialist in prosthodontics, I was informed that Dr. Rahim also practices general dentistry. Highly Recommended!!
