Her prices were very reasonable, and more importantly the food was amazing, homemade, and beautiful to look at. She invited us up for a tasting which helped us plan our menu, and we even were able to rent tableware, utensils, and glass ware from her. Not only were her rental prices some of the best we found, her rentals were of stunning quality. No plastic here! She has a large collection of china plates you can choose from and even mix and match with. Plus she offers crystal glass ware, and gold and silver utensils. You can really create your own unique look. The day of our wedding Terri and her staff were wonderful, self sufficient, and did everything they said they would. I was approached by that employee at roughly 9:30, and she told me that they were closing in 30 minutes, and I needed to get what I needed and go.However, that wasn't all, bc she proceeded to tell me that I was walking around the store too much, and that I just needed to hurry and go once again. Before I could react she turned to walk away( with her friend by her side laughing). I went to find the manager who happened to be walking in from the back. I told her what had just happened, and she told me to"do what I needed to do," and walked away before I could say anything else. Needless to say, I wasnt going to spend a penny at this place so I left my buggy and left. She proceeded to say something to me as I walked out, but I couldn't make out what it was. I have never in my life dealt with such rude, hateful people. I have heard so many horrible stories about this location, but I have never experienced it before. I usually don't shop there, and now I know why. The manager obviously can't manage to do her job or control her employees.

They have scratch offs here too. The service was about average but yet friendly and fast. I got out of here quickly which is what I wanted. I found this place by accident after taking a wrong turn and almost getting stuck. So doubt I will be coming back because I don't think I can find it again.

Did they wear their gloves while eating food while prepping? Yes. Did they wear their gloves while on their phones during cooking/prep? Yes. I'm not sure what good the gloves really did to be honest. Additionally, for the food quality. We asked for a chocolate cake to celebrate a birthday as part of our chef services. It was store bought. While it tasted great, I was shocked and disappointed. Again, Chef and helper were very nice. However, I don't think I would book them again based on our experience and how much it costed our group to participate.
