This past Christmas, our ~15 year old wood fence collapsed after a ton of rain. It was on its last…read morelegs, but this moved it up our priority list. I can't remember exactly how I came around to United Fence and Kevin. I think they might have been recommended by a few folks on our neighborhood message board. Anyway, my communication with Kevin was solid and he came out in a few days after our chat to give us an estimate. Ultimately, we had him build two new gates for us. I've had a lot of problems with vendors in this town, but Kevin was good at communicating and delivered on a reasonable timeline. Rain was a bit of an issue to get the project started, but the guys were here working on our project even during a bit of rain. We've been real pleased with the look, and the quality, too. Time will tell, of course. My favorite thing is how solid the gate they built for us is. The steel frame was Kevin's suggestion and it seems like something that will hold up really nice. We also had them rebuild our back gate, even though we left most of that portion of the fence. Hopefully, I won't have to call him again for a long time!
