This place is so unprofessional and unorganized. I first told them I would be picking up my furniture a week after I brought it go into the store and it was not evening in stock when they sold it. Something you think they would have told me. Next the furniture was suppose to be delivered yesterday and they mixed up my order. Then they said it would be here today first thing in the morning and it is now 4:30pm and I still don't have it. I am now canceling my order. I refuse to spend money with disorganized stores. I bought a bed from the Merrillville location. We picked up the bed and was not given the headboard. We called the store and they advised they'd bring the headboard first thing in the morning, mind you, we live 1.5 hrs from store. True to their promise the delivery driver was at our door at 9am. However, they sent the wrong headboard. I explained the urgency of getting the headboard because the mattress company would be at our house to deliver the mattress. The manager (Omar) pulled off the impossible and had the delivery driver bring the correct headboard back right away. Again, we are 1.5 hrs from the store. Thanks Omar for making it right! read more

I was in a dire need to buy new furniture but they are expensive everywhere I go they are taxing! I want online tried the big department stores, nothing that's looks nice and in my budget. Until I want to 5 star, I first couldn't believe they are even open with this whole Covid-19! The guys there were so helpful they actually knew what they are talking about. They where not pushy sales men they actually looked out for me and helped me pick the right furniture for my family! I highly recommend the extent warranty if you have kids!! So my wife and I couldn't decided which coaches to get but thanks to Gabriel he told us the pros and cons and helped us make the right choice. They were by far the cheapest I found in the 2 months of looking! I did the research and done my homework no one can compare to the prices and quality. He was courteous, professional, and when he told me I was going to have my delivery and what day and time it happened. No delays or issues. The customer service experience we had in the store was amazing. I believe his name was Ahmed, and he was great. Friendly from the moment we entered the store, and just amazing with getting us discounts, and he really went the extra mile, which is why we even browsed the store in the first place and ended up making a purchase. Furniture is overpriced and not the highest quality, decent selection though, but for us, it was the customer service. Unfortunately, that's where the goodness stopped. Delivery was A NIGHTMARE! First, the delivery guy said he would call when he was a half-hour away- lies! He called two minutes prior to arriving at our home, and said someone had better be at the door when he arrived. He arrived, yelling out the truck asking where to bring in the couch. He came without a mask on, and when I told him he needed a mask to enter, he said, "I don't have one, what do you want me to do?!" So rude, but I nicely gave him a mask, even though I shouldn't have had to. Then, he proceeded to tell me he couldn't get the couch into our house, and we would have to pay an extra $100 to get someone to come out and break down the couch to get it in the house. So, after he put together what he could of the couch, he left garbage in our basement and said he would put the rest of the couch in the garage. When I opened the garage, he asked me to move the car in our garage, because that would make it easier for them to put in the couch. I said no, there's plenty of space. So, he put in the couch, with plenty of space to spare, and then asked if he could discard the trash in our garbage. The nerve of this guy! Anyway, he proceeded to throw a bunch of trash in our garbage, filling it up. I let him because I figured this would give me leverage in not paying the ridiculous extra fee of $100 to get someone to break down the couch to get in our home. So, when my sister called the store three times in three hours, the manager was first out, then unavailable...yeah right! Michael is the store manager, and the individual who was available to chat with me on the phone earlier, but out then unavailable the rest of the day. So, my sister spoke to some lady who only gave us $20 off for the horrible behavior of our staff. A guy ended up coming later to take the couch apart and bring it in this house. He also had no mask, and I had to give him one. RIDICULOUS!!!! Anyway, very long story short, we got our couch, it's decent quality and comfortable, but not worth the rude delivery guys and stress. I will not be returning, and any potential customers should proceed with caution. read more

Two brothers run this location and the youngest is very professional but the oldest, Mahmoud is a money hungry owner that has 0 respect for the customer. One of the pieces of my furniture was damaged and i had to fight tooth and nail to get them to take it back, and get my money back, although it was their fault. He even tried to get $200 from the full price, saying he is losing money in this deal! I couldn't believe it! Beware of this guy!
