Since I happened to be free while he was working, I watched as he described what he was doing and how it was going to lead to a nice looking and durable fireplace face. He took great care to arrange the tiles level and the perfect distance apart and to make the grout nice looking and long lasting. Last year after Art Tile had closed I was ready to retile the hearth so I hunted Leighton down because I knew he would do a superb job. Brian even showed up to help us move the trailer so that he could begin work. Once work was begun it was completed in a few days. I was so disappointed in this company. I went to Cascade Mechanical this morning to purchase a…read morecapacitor for my heat pump since my air conditioner had stopped working. While talking to the manager, I mentioned I tried a capacitor that was a different size which didn't work so I figured I needed to buy the right size and asked her if that could have been the problem with the one I had bought. She said the size shouldn't matter and that there was something else wrong with the heat pump, and that she could have a technician come to our house later this morning. The technician arrived, replaced our compactor which took approximately 5 minutes and waited an additional 20 minutes to make sure it continued to work. This $55 capacitor which my husband had intended to purchase ended up costing us over $400 for a 5 minute job. What a rip off!!!!
