Did he have his work cut out for him! He said this was the second worst ducts he has ever cleaned - and he suspects that they have never been professionally cleaned. In 70 years. Over an inch of dust and debris coating the ducts. When you buy a house that is not new, you never know what you are breathing in. Skin cells from the 70's? Entirely possible. I absolutely recommend Tyler from Zerorez if you are anywhere from Wenatchee to Spokane. Respectful, clean, professional and super helpful! Went above and beyond to get my home taken care of. (A house this size usually takes him an hour and a half ... he was here for closer to five hours to get the work complete and answer all of our questions.) I also wanted to move the outside unit to the other end of the house to eliminate the noise in the master bedroom. Also, I wanted the next larger size to better handle the house. There was no problem with this. They quoted on 4 levels of quality ranging from $6,000 to about $13,000. I chose the Very good one as it enabled me to get a rebate from PUD and from Carrier. As usual they handled to whole thing in a professional and prompt manner. The new unit is much quieter than the old one and much more efficient. When I've had questions, the answers have always been clear and prompt. I'm very pleased with them. I highly recommend this company.

They conceived a way to run the line sets internally within the existing internal duct work. The install required out of the box thinking and we did have challenges with the condensation lines. The mark of a good team is how well they communicate with one another and how they respond timely when given curve balls. They were professional, able to diagnose the condensation line issue and my system is now running beautifully. The team worked well together and operated with integrity.
