We decided they should rent a car and continue on after leaving our truck in a store parking lot. The next morning I call around and ended up talking to Sam at D & M Motors, explaining the situation - that I was in Western WA - and the truck was there. He immediately understood and assured me he would take care of it; he sent his tow truck to get my pickup from the store parking lot. Sam kept in touch with me while he looked the truck over completely and test drove it twice and deemed it OK to drive back to Western WA - back to the dealership that had just worked on the transmission. He arranged to leave the truck in a safe place so my daughter and son-in-law could get it on the way back from MT. His bill was minimal for everything he had done. I asked how much they told me 100.00 for the blank (it was a programmable key for a 2015 chey silverado) then i called keymaster and they said SURE we can do it bring it down, I asked the price and it was 15.00, I then went down there they cut the key and programed it (yes 15.00) super nice people I would recommend they to everyone in Yakima!
