My husband is retired and has physical challenges. We went in today for a pedicure for him and for me. He experienced a physical challenge and when asking for a towel to assist him both of the owners there raised their voices, refused to help and completely elevated the situation embarrassing my husband significantly. We will NEVER go back and anyone who is older should NOT trust this place to be caring and attentive. Terrible experience and so unnecessary. A simple towel would have solved the situation. If I had the option of giving a rating of ZERO or a negative 5, I certainly would! read more

I think Kimberly is her name I'm not sure but she's not good!! She half ass did my nails 2 weren't straight and it was obvious. My fingers were cut from the drill she was on SPEAKER phone while doing my nails. I asked for dip she pretty much told me no and did acrylic I really didn't understand her. Overall experience I think they need to go outta business. Me and my sister were the only ones in there she started my nails and when she told me to go wash my hands she started a pedicure and left me sitting there without being finished. read more

I went to five star nails today and Tony did an awful job he wouldn't cut my nails shorter. He couldn't do a simple ombre and to top it off he cut my finger. I am very unsatisfied 0 out of 10 for sure. read more

This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to! Me and my two friends went to get our nails hands and toes done. Appointment time was at 3:30 and we did not leave till 7:00. We sat there after our pedi and watched while they did other people's nails they did not care about our time or what else we had to do. I would not recommend this place to anyone. WORST NAIL SALON I have ever gone to - I have never written a bad review on any business but I can say after trying them not once but three times that they are consistently the worst salon ever. The experience is horrible, they are rude, make no attempt to understand or respond to your comments/asks and then to top it off my nails look terrible and are chipping by the end of the day.
