I purchased a car from this dealership while I was TDY to Robins AFB. In early September 2014, I purchased a 2012 Maxima which I loved and I felt it was a good deal. At the end of September, my assignment was over and I was driving home to Pa. I took my Maxima to the dealership for an oil change and wash for the drive. While I was waiting Brian Washington (salesman) approached me and asked if I was interested in upgrading to a 2014 Maxima at no extra cost?? I wasn't initially interested but he insisted I take a look at my options. At this time, Don Johnson (manager maybe)?? Got involved and applied pressure to upgrade. 5 hrs later I left the lot with a 2014 Maxima, an increased car payment by $100 per month and a loan for $14,000 more than the original. I, in my ignorance didn't read the documents because I was assured that everything was the same as the 2012 except for the VIN!!! I blame myself for falling for the BS and believe me, I tried leaving several times. The owner of the dealership even came out and gave me a voucher to have a spoiler placed on the vehicle because he knew I was unhappy. Long story short - worse service, never again, used car salespeople specifically Don Johnson and Brisn Washington. I purchased a brand new Nissan Versa from this dealership last month. While my salesman was kind and helpful, the guy above him (don't know his name) was rude and pretty much laughed in my face after seeing my credit score. Made me feel inhuman, honestly. But that's not was is prompting me to write this review. Not even a month after buying the car, my tire goes flat. Here I am, thinking this will be covered, as it's a BRAND NEW VEHICLE. Haven't even made the first payment yet. But nope. They told me patching it would be "a liability" and that I'd have to get a new one for $150. HAHA i'm not giving you guys any more of my money. Took my car there for new tires and a brake job and there was nothing else wrong with my car. When I picked up the car there was a problem shifting out of park I also noticed an offer to exchange and purchase another car sitting on my car seat leading me to believe that this was done to get me to trade my car in for a new one. When I asked them about the shifter they said it would cost me another 1200.00 to get it fixed although the problem did not exist before they did the brakes I will never go back to them especially if they damage cars in order to sell you another they were trying to convince me to trade my car in never again will I trust them. read more

I have never had anyone tell me about a positive experience with this dealership. My buying experience was high pressure. Yes, I'm the one who signed to buy a vehicle, but it was only afterward I realized what a poor deal it was. The service experience has not been any better. My last oil change took three hours. Went to the service department for a quick recall repair. They told me it'd be done within 20 min so I agreed to have it done bc I had to get to work. 30 min later, service advisor comes to tell me I need an alignment and I say I'll deal with it later. 50 min later, I'm told I need new front brake pads and drive belt is about to break off at any point. I insist that I've got to go and will look into it. Hearing negative things about the dealership, I took the car to a reputable shop for a second opinion. They come out and say front brakes are still good but I need rear brake pads. I bet five star would have replaced my good front brake pads and then told me I had bad rears. Terrible and untrue assessments by their service team. I can no longer trust them at all. Plus they have no respect for time and would rather up sell services. read more

I purchased a Nissan maxima a little over 2 years ago from this dealership. My car broke down on my home from vacation in this area so stayed at a hotel while this dealership looked at my car. Came in to do a trade since mechanic gave me a 4k price to fix. Sales person was very nice but manager was horrible!!! So rude and pushy. And didn't not know what he was doing. He kept pushing this car on me and to trade in mine, and he gave me a different price to fix my old car(cheaper) then the mechanic did. when he said tht I said I rather then just fix my car instead and then he said , never mind it was what ever the mechanic said. and of course almost everything has needed repairs on this other car I bought there. wish I would have just hauled my old car back. would have been better read more

Sales people are Sorry. They will do anything to make a sale. Don't expect anything after sale. The 100.00 they promise for bring in someone. They won't pay. Took me 6 mo. Went to manager 3 times had to threaten them. Took my son in over a month ago. Still haven't gotten my money.I bought a Texas Titan for $42000 went in to trade 8 mo. Later only 8000 miles manager tried to give me $26000 trade. What a joke. He acted like he was doing me a favor. Yes I have excellent credit. Watch out they will add extra charges to your bill. Never finance thru them my bank caught them they had to give back 3000. Also they will finance with the bank with higher rates for a kik back. Hope this helps. read more

Very unhappy , salesman was pushy and wanted a sale . Cars and show room were cleaned and welcoming. Bathroom was clean but no toilet paper. Other salesman very friendly when walking by. Well I don't think there's enough space to right this review. This was my worst expierence to a dealer I went 7 months ago to trade in they won't do it come back in 5 months we need to see a couple more payments. Ok. I did and mind you that was for a 30,000 pathfinder I see that they have a used Denali 2010 with 130k miles had a cracked dash and few dings and carpet looked wore out Ok I can afford this 23k and change they want 5500 Down what sir I said mind you I have a 2012 nissan already financed with Nissan exceptance witch I got new for no money Down I was gonna put $3000 down because my kids loved the room they can't do it ok after 5 hrs at dealer showing proof took 10 min. The rest of the time was waiting on them left disappointed they emailed me to try to get see to do something to keep my business they come back with same offer and no info about the suv I asked for what ever I asked they don't know later they say we can do 4300 Down but yet still never no information about the car was it wrecked is there warranty will they fix the cracked dash ?? No answer waited again there where 2 people sales and a manager they work in the same building but don't know what's going on calls back he went back to 5000 Down guess you are not on the same page I will not go to Nissan dealer agian I will always tell my family friends and strangers buying from Nissan is the worst thing you can do with all the other dealers out there I rather go get anything now from anywhere but nissan I have a car from them for 3 years can't wait to get out of it and never drive nissan agian thank you Frank Stevens read more

I have had a horrible experience with this dealership. I was approved for finacing over two weeks ago and still haven't been able to get a truthful salesman to help. I need one form faxed over to my attorney and have been giving nothing but complete runaround for two weeks. Mr Trueheart lied to me on three occasions on simple things like he will call be back in ten mins. Told me he was gonna fax the form and never did. The customer care manager started texting me ( not calling me or answer the phone when I called either) and I was told they would do themselves and today went to my attorneys office and it wasn't even close to what he needed. So long story short, I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. The first salesman I had quit after the first day I was with him. Then the second salesman quit the same day I was talking to her. And then Mr Trueheart is just a loser. Don't see how this place is still open with this poor customer service and customer care!!!!!!! read more

I would be really careful going to this auto repair shop. On Saturday, my son was towed to Five Star Nissan after breaking down on the road. He was charged $603 to replace a starter on a 2001 Nissan Quest. The charge was outrageous. I called the Warner Robins Sears and gave them the make/model/year of the van and they quoted a repair price of $137 for the parts and $98 for labor. There was nothing extra wrong with the van starter/related issues that complicated the repair. They made the repair quickly and without any problem. I called my son to tell him he was being ripped off, but by then they had his van in a closed repair bay and had started work. It was too late to stop them. So if you want to be ripped off, take your car to this place. I could see an extra hundred dollars since they had my son at a disadvantage, but well over $350??? That is shear greed and cruelty for someone like my son who is a single parent with two children to take care of. When my son complained, he was told they weren't selling enough cars so they had to jack up their repair charges. Don't let these people take advantage of you. read more

Certified use car which ended up with rotted Michelin Tires??, that all needed to be replaced, brakes gone after 6 months, rotors and all, Freon for AC, gone, tire leak (before I found out about the rot. I am a 64 year old internet shopper and buyer. I have purchased 30+ new vehicles in the past. Internet manager Kimgi Trueheart immediately responded to my early Saturday morning request and concerns and placed me with a veteran salesman Donnie Whiting. All the details of the sales were handled quickly and efficiently and within an hour I had a drive out price and confirmation of a great deal, all via the internet. When I arrived at the dealership (which by the way was immaculately keep and everyone I spoke with very friendly) all the paperwork had been prepared, the Rouge was cleaned, gassed up, and ready for delivery. We bought a used Toyota Tacoma that had a damaged gas cap and missing lid to the console for our son. The dealership promised at closing to replace the gas cap and console top. We made an appointment to have this done. The technician walked out and handed us a gas lid. That's it! Didn't offer to put it on and didn't mention the console. So my husband went outside to put the lid on only to find it didn't fit. He went back in and told the technician and asked about the console top. The technician argued about the lid saying it should fit but when he actually went out and tried to put it on, finally agreed it was too small (after arguing about it). Then he brings out a molded, filthy console top for the truck!!! We never bargained for a used or nasty replacement. My husband commented it was nasty and he said "I will go wipe it off". Customer service was terrible and we will NEVER be back. In fact, we will not go to any Five Star after having a problem in Milledgeville as well. We have bought and traded many vehicles and have not ever been treated the way we have been treated with Five Star. They really do not even deserve a 1 star. read more

Do not trust any stage of the deal. Electronic signatures can lead to contract fraud! When you walk in there is an avalanche of people trying to garner your business! Once you drive the car off the lot it is a different story...walk in the building and everyone scatters like cock roaches. They lie to get your business then tell you sorry that is not our problem when they do honor their deal. If you sign anything look it over closely and DO NOT do any ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES. We thought we were being cautious and told them we did not want to electronically sign and were told it was for the extended warranty when it was actually signing the contract. They keep you busy to distract you and then hand you an envelope with all your paperwork and hurry you out to get that GREAT picture with your new car. You don't think to check the paperwork before leaving and according to them it wouldn't matter anyway because as soon as you sign that's it whatever figures they backed into the loan without your knowledge you are not hook, line and sinker responsible for. Try calling anyone up there to try and correct the problems and suddenly you have the plague and no one can help you! Learn from my expensive lesson! My husband and I went by Five Star Nissan this afternoon to view/test drive a vehicle that was advertised. As soon as we arrived (and were driving around lot to locate adverstised vehicle) a salesman approached us and asked if he could show us a particular vehicle,..honestly, my first instinct was to floor the gas and drive away from the dealership as quickly as possible. Past experiences with car salesmen have always irritated me and I was not in the mood for the rediculous games and lines they usually throw at you. My husband informed the salesman of the vehicle we wanted to view and the salesman informed us that the vehicle was out on a test drive but it would be back shortly. The vehicle eventually showed up and we took it for a test drive around the block. When we returned to dealership after test drive, we went inside...major mistake! The salesman brought over an employee (I assume a manager or supervisor?) who began asking questions regarding the company my husband intended to finance vehicle with, if we would be trading in our car, and then requested my husband's license because he wanted to make sure to get the correct tax rate for our county (of course it wasn't sufficient that we told him the county we lived in)?. To bring this story to an end and sum the events up: the manager/supervisor type person was RUDE, PUSHY, and Could NOT take NO for an answer even after we reinterated that, at the present time, we were looking and pricing this particular make/model vehicle and not ready to purchase yet. He continuously attempted to sell the vehicle to us and repeatedly stated "why won'tyou do business with me". He repeated this line when he stated he would pay more for our trade in, when he promised us that he could get us a better financing rate than the bank we planned to use (if we went with the bank he was promoting, of course), and after stating that we must not like his dealership. In his last attempt to pressure us into purchasing the vehicle, he walked to the front desk, to check on obtaining a better price for our trade in, and discovered that the vehicle "was just sold". I have no problem or complaint regarding the salesman...he was curtious, obtained answers to the questions my husband asked, and attempted to gain our business without being too pushy but the manager/supervisor?(not sure of his title) was obnoxiously pushy, rude and childish!!!!! I would rather go somewhere else even if the price were higher and the distance longer, than do business with someone like that!!!! My advice to all, and especially military personnel (husband is retired from Air Force) who may be newcomers to this area, steer clear of this dealership! read more
