5 Star Gutters deserves a 5-Star rating! We just discovered a problem with 2 of our downspouts. They had been somehow crushed. We had a few other items we needed to have looked into. From the first call made to 5-Star Gutters they were friendly, competent and came out quickly to do our repairs for a reasonable amount. Especially appreciated in our Covid World. They previously put in leaf guards and cleaned our gutters also, and have done emergency storm repairs for us; all with professionalism and integrity and excellence. We tried to coordinate our gutter replacement with the repainting of our house. The painter was late starting and Five Star called to install the same same day the painters started. We had to postpone the install until the painters were done. That caused us to be placed at the end of the que again. Two months later the gutters were installed. They were exactly what we ordered. Old gutters were removed much to our neighbors relief! Would probably use the company again, and just try to coordinate the two processes better. read more

Five Star's crew was great! They came with 5 guys, one being a trainee who they really showed the ropes. I watched as their team lead taught the trainee his expertise for certain things and he was very thorough. Even with the team lead taking time to train the trainee, they completed the gutter installation on my 1400 sq. ft home within 3 hours. They did a great job and the gutters look great. There was one small issue with a downspout but a quick call is all it took for them to come back out and correct it. They are busy and it does take some time to get your job completed but I think that is probably because they do excellent work. Excellent customer service when you call in, too.
