We've had a poorly constructed vent in our master bathroom that had been build to code in 1990 but when it rains a lot the water overflows into the vent and drips to the bathroom floor. We've had this issue for a few years and after last year finally had the chance to get it repaired. We made an appointment with Chris to come back and provide an estimate. In the meantime, got another company to provide a second estimate to compare. The difference between the two were quite surprising but Chris kept in contact with me and I told him I would talk it over with my significant other. The seconds estimate was considerably cheaper, but after numerous calls to set up an appointment, we never got a call back. After phone tag with Chris, we finally agreed on a date and he explained the work that would be done to fix the flashing, tar paper and some broken tiles. The work lasted about half a day and the repair was made. WDW billed me and I asked if I could make two payments over December and January to settle the bill ($1880) and I was told I could. A week later I received a call asking for the entire amount. While I couldn't really make it happen, I did and paid off the roof repair. I am very pleased with the repair and you can't tell the roof was even repaired. Thanks for the communication and work on the roof.
