There are several flat roof areas, dormers, bay window roofs, 2 chimneys, you name it, we likely had it here. Wood underlayment was required for all of the highest roof area of the house. The crew was amazing. Here at 7 a.m. daily and they worked so hard it was unbelievable. Very impressive. My niece had recommended AAA but I did my homework before selecting them. I interviewed and received estimates from several other companies. Not only was the price and the Google reviews great but the company has been in business for over 8 decades. That means something. Joe was in touch throughout the job, checking in to make sure I was happy with the progress and the workmanship. Therefore, they had to remove the 3 layers, replace some of the plywood, and then replace the gutter-covers. They did a great job. They were very professional, finished faster than they said they would, and ended up charging us less than they initially said they would. One thing that really impressed me was that when something fell on a railing on our porch and cracked it, as soon as I pointed that out Sheeley agreed to replace it without hesitation, they went out purchased the replacement, and installed it without me having to lift a finger. When a company lives up to their mistakes like that it really shows their true value. These guys were not the cheapest option out there, but they were very well worth the extra cost.

Kelly got back right away to schedule an appointment with General Manager Steve, who came out and walked us through the process, giving a clear breakdown of pricing and answering any questions that arose along the way. Day of install, the crew was incredible - fast and precise with safety a top priority (ropes/harnesses etc.). Front and back of the house was draped with debris nets, protecting flower beds and siding during demo. Garrett, project manager and liaison between crew and homeowner, was very affable and kept us informed on the progress. By mid-morning the roof was off and ice and water shield was going on. By 5:30 the shingles were on and the yard was swept, even utilizing a wheeled magnet to syphon any rogue nails that may have landed in the grass. The charcoal architectural shingle with black drip edge looked sharp with clean edges, giving our home a more modern look while not breaking the bank. Sheeley offers an incredible decades-long warranty on their roofs, which is even transferable to future owners should you decide to sell. It's amazing to watch a crew firing on all cylinders and complete a project in one day - only wish we had set up a time-lapse! Hands down a great experience and we can't recommend them enough. A solid date ( weather permitting) was set with the possibility of a sooner date if someone rescheduled or just changed their mind about the work. She attempted to deflect her company's negligence onto us, the homeowners, and she lost in court. This shady company unlikely has insurance coverage & is unlikely to honor any "warranty" as we've learned in court. In June 2024 we hired Klaus Roofing Systems to replace the railings, lining, & skylight hatch that provides access to our flat rooftop. A few days into the work, they removed the roof hatch which is over 4'x2', & didn't put the new one in. Instead they covered the hole with a tarp & went home for the night. Shortly after they left, a windy thunderstorm started & torrential rain came down all night. The tarp wasn't properly secured & the weight of the water collected made the tarp detach & all the water came down through our attic, soaking down through the floors, & damaged the ceiling of the bedroom directly underneath the attic. We got estimates to replace the ceiling damaged by water, ranging between $4,200-$6,300. We gave Nina more than 7 opportunities to compensate us for the damage. Nina claimed there was already water damage to the bedroom ceiling before they began work on our roof and refused to pay. And, after we requested compensation for the damages, Nina submitted an additional invoice for $3,200, which we refuted in court. Hence, we filed a lawsuit in Albany in SEP 2024. Two trial dates in FEB 2025 & NOV 2025. We received the final judgment in our favor in JAN 2026 for $4,200 for her company's negligence, 17 months later. We have requested payment from Nina/Klaus and she has NOT paid us as of the date of this review. Her mistakes have cost us 7 times more than the judgement awarded, due to a complete re-do needed of their unfinished work! Our roof is still leaking to this day! These people are super shady for drawing out our lawsuit for nearly 17 months! DO NOT HIRE!

His employees dug and carried out buckets of cement and dirt for days. They dug a trench around the perimeter, put inches of stone and concrete down etc etc on the floor. All the while they were most accommodating and pleasant. Pete was always available to answer questions and give updates. The estimate I received was below all others and fair. The workmanship was excellent. Pete is the man I will call for any home improvements in the future.
