The absolute worst storage facility I've ever used. I'm guessing that's where the moisture got in...anyway all my stuff is ruined due to water damage and mold. The amount of moisture in my unit is ridiculous...upon speaking to the storage facility they gave me a bunch of excuses saying our belongings should have been on pallets and covered. We were never informed of this. I've also stored my things in other facilities and NEVER had the issues I've had here. Submitted the reservation online, followed the directions in the…read moreconfirmation email which indicated I should check in at the kiosk soon, and within 10 minutes I received a phone call from Bob who was eager to get me set up at the kiosk. Turns out that the kiosk is very self explanatory and incredibly user friendly, but Bob wanted to make certain I wouldn't have any issues. Within moments I was set up and able to get to the task of moving in. Very easy, great rates, highly recommended!
