Great moving experience! I helped a friend move and I can't say enough good things about this company. They were so nice, helpful, expedient, and professional. They took every measure to make sure her stuff was taken care of and also covered flooring and doorways to further ensure this. The field manager even put her grandfather clock back together (chimes inside) as we had no clue how it worked. My friend is an older gal and they spoke to her with total respect, listened to her stories, asked her opinion all along the way to make sure she was happy. HORRIBLE company STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS - "integrity moving"??? What a joke. Our family moved into a new condo and one of the things they asked to transport was a grand piano. A grand piano is a FRAGILE, EXPENSIVE, and VALUABLE piece of furniture so we were more than willing to pay the $100 insurance to protect us against any possible damage. Well lo and behold when we started unpacking items we realized there was a scratch on the side of the piano (take a look at the picture and tell me that doesn't look like damage due to something being scraped against it.......). This piano was placed in a secluded part of the first floor (picture included to allow you to truly visualize the space) so my parents were NOWHERE near it when they discovered the damage two days later. Now PLEASE tell me, if the movers themselves didn't alert us there was damage BEFORE the move, and if my parents had never been close to the piano AFTER the move, then when else could this have possibly happened?? HINT: what comes between BEFORE and AFTER...? You can probably guess due to the tone of this review so far that once my parents called in to explain this situation for over TWO HOURS, the company refused to take any accountability that this could have been the responsibility of the movers!! In fact, want to know what ridiculous scenarios they suggested? 1. That our neighbor who we had not yet met because we literally JUST moved in was casually in our house moving stuff around and may have accidentally damaged the piano herself 2. That our 8 pound senile Toy Poodle toothless dog (picture included) somehow levitated up to the corner of the piano and chewed on the side with her nonexistent teeth You know what's the absolutely silliest goofiest clownish part of this whole scenario? The scratch is literally only 2 inches long, so objectively the piano is not significantly damaged, but of course it's still noticeable and in principle, it's still upsetting that our beloved family piano is now scarred. Well, when we looked up how much it would cost to repair a scratch of that size, the quotes we found were around $100...the same cost as the insurance we paid to protect us against this kind of situation in the first place it's utterly ridiculous to me that a supposedly professional company would rather stay delusional and deny the completely reasonable possibility of their movers accidentally scratching against the side of a very large piece of furniture in a relatively small room than to use the insurance WE purchased for its intended use to cover a measly $100 worth of damages. Moving is a stressful experience for anyone, but boy was this the cherry on top to an already chaotic weekend of moving. Don't be fooled by their name!! These people have absolutely 0 sense of integrity and no trustworthy method of submitting a claim if your property is damaged. Instead, they will waste hours of your time trying to sneakily imply that it was your fault something went wrong without directly stating it so they can have plausible deniability - so disingenuous!! If you're reading this, "integrity" movers, don't even try to claim that that wasn't your intention; hear me loud and clear: if you're saying that your movers didn't cause the scratch, who else is left in this implication?? At the very least, you are actively avoiding responsibility and doing a disservice to your insurance paying customers!! There is nothing that screams integrity with these folks. Far from a good experience with this company. I moved from Chicago to Columbus, and I drove the truck myself. I used this company to unload and assemble the furniture at the Columbus location and a different company to disassemble and load the truck at Chicago. Therefore, I have a fair comparison for the same furniture/work. The company in Chicago charged $75 for "travel time," whereas these guys charge 2x ($147), which is essentially both ways, to come and leave from you. Importantly, the Chicago company needed 1:15 hours with two guys, whereas this company needed two full hours with two guys again. Very slow, clearly making an effort to fill 2 hours even though it was not needed. They started charging me while they were still inside the truck (when they gave me the paper to sign, the time was 5 minutes earlier.. which is ridiculous). The guys were moving the boxes one by one with the trailer.. I had to tell them to transfer 2-3 together.. When the guys went down to unload the last boxes, it took them about 15 minutes. When they got back, you could smell from 5 feet the cigarette smell.. so as you understand, I paid for their cigar break too. Avoid this company, it's not worth it, you will pay much more than you should and you will be pissed off many many times until the job is done. read more

We had a horrible experience with our move. We hired them to pack and move us. I left the house when they said they had maybe 30 minutes left to load the trucks and went to the new house, 10 minutes away. They showed up at the new house 3 hours later. They were charging us an hourly rate. While we found that a bit weird, we let it go. 2 days later, when we went to the house to clean it we found that they hadn't move quite a bit of stuff. It was totally random - stuff was left in almost all the rooms. We had to spend the better part of the weekend moving the rest of it, instead of unpacking at our new home. I called and spoke to the manager. I sent him a timestamped photo of a large closet that hadn't been touched. His response was that I should have stayed at the house to supervise the crew. Apparently, they believe their crew shouldn't be trusted to do their job. He said he would call me back but never did. Don't use these folks. read more

Integrity Movers is rock-solid. In 2017 they moved my fiancé from Zanesville to Lewis Center. In 2020 they moved her from Lewis Center to Dublin, and me from Westerville to Dublin. John's team was efficient and fast, clean and they even installed our washer/dryer hookup properly! There was a potential problem with the hookup between the washer/dryer and the hose and they addressed it. I had left a message with the general manager, Micah, and he was amazing at resolving my issue. They were friendly too and put our boxes and items where we needed them to go. Pricing was very reasonable, despite our many boxes! They also explained what they were going to do before they did it, and truly showed integrity in all their dealings with us. Highly recommended! A very good moving experience today (11/29/17) and would highly recommend. Good customer service and professionalism throughout the process, with the entire team. There was a slight miscommunication on an advance call but I was pleased with the resolution and was not an issue. The movers were courteous, careful, more than efficient, and knew exactly what they were doing and how to get the job done the right way. I am very happy to leave a super positive review regarding the service I received from Integrity Moving & Storage in Columbus, Ohio. I was very cautious in selecting a moving company to use to move me from my house to an apartment because I had just moved my elderly mother and the company damaged and scratched a lot of her furniture(so antic and unreplaceable). But Integrity did an awesome job. The movers (JOSH, STEPHEN, THEO, and CHRIS) were very professional, communicated with me during the entire process of packing, loading and unloading. They protected all my doorways, bannisters, doorknobs, stairways, and most importantly my furniture. They treated my personal items as if they were their very own. The movers worked together as a cohesive team like a well-oiled machine. They also did not waste time or took breaks. I would recommend their services to anyone and everyone. I actually had to use their services the next day to move my washer and dryer and again they did a great job. The price to move my furniture and personal item was worth every penny. Also, Ali and Lindsey were amazing with helping me with taking my order, asking the right questions making sure they have enough movers and trucks to do the job right. I called around for a number of quotes, for a last minute in town move. (Last minute mostly because I was exhausted by all the details of a cross country move...the last of which included moving items out of storage into our new apartment. Integrity came back with a somewhat reasonable quote (okay, moving is expensive!) and was available when I needed them. The men were very professional and efficient and communicative. The head worker explained before he took a route other than expected as to why he had to go that way because of his truck (having driven a 26 foot moving truck before I could totally understand its constrictions!). Also, before he took a break, he asked permission, and docked it from the clock. Anytime he found an item damaged by the previous moves, he made sure to point it out to me. They asked permission before they used my bathroom. Throughout they made sure where I wanted things. At the end, they made sure I verified there was no last minute things that needed to be switched around. All of these little communications were appreciated. They did come in slightly over time and budget. But I don't think that was their fault. As they finished the job, I remained satisfied. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The movers broke our dresser and our dryer during our move by not using proper techniques. They put the dryer on a dolly and didn't even strap it on, then one person tried to push it down a ramp and it ended up tumbling down our cement steps outside. The general manager was not pleasant on the phone and only took 30 minutes off of our time & payment and was not helpful at all. They are only covering a "depreciated value" of the items so we are still having to pay additional money out of pocket to replace our items. We will not use their service again. Ken, Wayne and Brian were wonderful! Just got moved in today and they were awesome! Extremely efficient, fair priced, and treated our belongings with care. They communicated with us the whole time about where things were supposed to go and made sure more than once that we didn't need anything rearranged before they left. I've used several moving firms...Two Men and a Truck, rented my own U-Haul...then I discovered INTEGRITY. I've now used INTEGRITY for three significant move situations, each with much stress and fears of change. INTEGRITY definitely meets the definition of their name. I choose to review after my last hire. The hire services for this day were to work within a very difficult divorced couple situation. Working with one ex taking things to the other without the recipient, me, knowing what was coming, where anything would need to go and how the situation was when they went to her house to load. I had to pay the bill. Scheduling is so easy. They are explicit in questioning, scheduling, estimating costs and describing exactly what to expect. Remember that I've used them before so nothing was new but I seemed to be more intentional this time since my ex was involved. Tony Pastorek and Darius Garrett were absolutely so professional, so dedicated and never seemed to flinch with my need to know what had arrived before placement. Tony and Darius had given my ex unequivocal professional attention and that made this situation so much easier for all of us. Tony and Darius were training a guy with this job. An old kitchen hutch was scratched up badly and a door was split into pieces. Tony was right on it. He took care of all the repair details, paperwork and his caring confidence assured me it would be ok. THIS REPAIR WORK WAS MORE THAN OK. They, INTEGRITY, work directly with a very skilled craftsman who, I believe, went way above what he was required to do. The door that had been split in pieces looks like it did when the piece was crafted years ago. He came to my home where he put the door back on and took his time and attention to each single scratch. INTEGRITY telephoned me multiple times after the day the guys were doing the original job. They were genuinely apologetic and cared about me...my thoughts were their concern. They moved me from a 3 bedroom house in Merion Village to a 4 bedroom house in Westgate in 3 hours and 15 minutes (including travel time). This was 3 hours less than my estimate. Beginning of the move seemed fine. I stayed in the living room of the old house watching and answering any questions the movers might have, as my wife was spread a bit thin running around. After the movers left the (delivery address), we started going through locating boxes, totes and bulk items, as many items were not placed in the rooms we had marked them for. First notable problem was a missing artificial Christmas three. My wife and I returned to the old address and found the tree and other boxed/marked items left behind in the basement and upstairs bedrooms. I contacted them about this and was told I would have to pay additional money to have them correct their negligence. We made calls and recruited the help of friends who were all stunned by this moving company's response to us. About 7-10 days later, I was trying to locate my hand tool box. I saw one of the movers pick it up off the living room floor and carry it out to the truck. Since so many things were placed where they weren't marked to go, this took us a couple of weeks of looking and searching. After double and triple checking, my wife and I concluded that the tool box didn't make it off the truck. When I called Integrity about this, the woman I spoke with seemed much more professional and concerned than 'Joe' did the following day when he returned my call. He was very unprofessional, extremely defensive, condescending and questioned the validity of my claim, blowing me off as he told me to file a police report. I used to work in SIU Teams as a contract investigator, and found 'Joes' attitude and demeanor towards me and this situation to be completely unconscionable. I'm now going to have to find out if my insurance will cover this theft, since there's no other solution at this point. Seems as though Joe knows that's the case for me. Makes me wonder how many others have had this happen to them. Anyway, I'm out around $1200.00 - $1500.00 in hand tools. Some of which can never be replaced. read more

I had items at two locations to be packed into a moving van that I was driving cross-country. The movers arrived on time and prepped my big items expertly. I had an upright piano and a very large glass front bookcase that they shrink-wrapped over top of blankets. When we arrived at the second location, we discovered that the moving truck I had was too small and I had to leave some items behind. I set aside the items that I was willing to leave, and they managed to make everything else fit. When I arrived in California, the movers who unpacked my truck were impressed with how well packed the truck was and how well protected my items were. One of the worst moves I have ever experienced, took all day to move a 1 bedroom town house and still had to straight up leave some stuff at the old place. Not one piece of my furniture got wrapped so I watched as they carry my antique 1920s Art Deco bedroom furniture down by just the two legs. Mind you almost all of my furniture is original mid century and Art Deco furniture. We get to the new apartment they lay salt (I had to pay extra for) put down so much it covered all of our original dark hardwood floors in hard salt rocks. Not one mover was worried about wearing booties or worried about my belongings clearly. They put everything so close to the front door you could hardly even get in the apartment and clearly did not care where I wanted stuff in the new apartment. As going through my now tattered belonging I find a huge gold leaf mirror shattered that they moved and just placed the pieces in front of it. My crystals chandelier I had to pay extra for them to move is now missing crystals and have chains hanging off of it. Mattress is all dirty and this is just to name the huge things not even getting started on nicks dings and scuff. All of my dressers had drawers removed and just spread around my apartment, instead of wrapping and moving it together like all other movers do. Like really what are you paying for with this company, I have used two men and a truck and had a better experience they just nicked a dresser. Then at the end of it charged me not only for "snow removal" but extra money because they took so long to move shaving everything in my apartment. read more

They lose a box on our most recent move, won't honor the claim and put it back on us saying the box is in our new apartment and we just missed it. After giving a detailed list of all of my items to be moved over the phone, they decided that one truck with three guys would be sufficient. It was not. Not even close! The movers arrived at the new house with a half full truck and said that nothing else would fit. We spent the rest of our weekend moving all of our boxes instead of unpacking them. When I called the company I was told they would look into it. When I followed up, they had not looked into it and then insisted repeatedly that we had told them only to move the big stuff when they arrived. We told them to make sure that the big stuff was all on the truck only after they informed us that the truck was almost full! When I relayed the conversation I was then told that some people like for them to only move the big stuff to save money. Instead of trying to look for a way to apologize and correct the terrible situation, I was told over and over again that it must have been my fault for telling them to make sure that all of the big stuff was loaded. Then I was told that there must not have been enough space in the truck. I explained that they were the experts so I was counting on them to decide the proper size truck so they must have done so incorrectly. There was silence. Don't use this company. I should have paid a slightly higher price to go with a better company who would have properly calculated the size truck needed. What a disappointment! read more

We just needed to have our truck unloaded after our long haul from New York City. When I spoke with Integrity on the phone, they sounded great, and assured me there would be no surprises. The men who showed up were fine, no problems there. But upon completion we were charged an extra $129 one-hour travel fee. If we were way out in the middle of nowhere, maybe this would be almost semi-reasonable, but we're in the middle of Columbus, just a block off N. High. The travel fee for the movers we used in New York was only $50. I regret that in my exhaustion and fatigue, I did not argue this ridiculous charge before paying it. I would be wary of hiring these guys. read more

Our team of three movers and one truck were amazing. We had Keith, Eric, and James. I am recommending them to everyone I talk to.They did more than we expected, and they had great attitudes the whole time. They were friendly; patient; spoke clearly, intelligently, and softly without hollering to us or each other; listened better than they spoke; were kind to one another; and worked really well as a team. If an item required two people to move it, the third mover was moving another item, prepping for the next large item, or cleaning up after the team. They really got to work, knew what they were doing, and were extremely organized. It was pouring rain, and none of our items arrived at the new place sodden or damp. They put a folded blanket down at the entrance of the old apartment and the new apartment, so there wasn't water and mud tracked through either location, and the carpet near the door wasn't even damp. The truck and the men were all extremely clean, tidy, and containing/wearing appropriate, well-maintained safety equipment. None of the equipment (nor their clothing) was torn, dirty, or in otherwise poor condition. The movers put their things away as they were finished with them, so there was nothing to trip over, no safety hazards that they created. We had a lot of sofa cushions and pillows, and instead of throwing them or dropping them in the corner I pointed to, Eric took his time and placed them gently down in a neat pile. Nothing was going to be harmed if he had dropped them, but he just took the extra second per trip to make sure he was respectful. And they were that way with every single item. Nothing was damaged or even came close to being damaged in any way. All three movers, especially Keith, took their time hooking up our washer and dryer, and they balanced them before leaving so I was immediately able to use the machines and there was no leaks, no shaking half to death, no adverse anything. These guys asked intelligent questions, listened carefully when receiving answers, and treated each other and us with that same respect. They were super friendly, taking time right at the start to clearly introduce themselves and ask our names (and they remembered them), and later each of them took a minute or two to just make a clean appropriate joke, or tell a story, or comment on something -- just made that personal connection. During the move, if their hands were full, the guys moved purposefully and deliberately, with no rush but without dawdling either. If their hands were empty, they jogged safely through the space to get to the next thing they had to do. They took their time when placing and adjusting our items, and they took their time the first time to put safety equipment and blankets away. They asked permission before moving things that were in their way, and they treated those things with respect also. They used "excuse me", "please", "thank you", and smiled as much as was appropriate. Before they left the first location, Keith and Eric took the time to walk through the old apartment to ensure everything we wanted to bring was packed, while James made sure everything was properly stowed and protected with blankets and straps. While driving behind us to the new location, they maintained a good distance, appropriate speed, and were very conscientious drivers. We had no fears for our belongings or the other vehicles on the road whatsoever. Before they left the new place, James and Eric took time to walk through the apartment to make sure everything was exactly where we wanted it, that nothing was damaged, and to ensure they cleaned up their tools and blankets. Keith walked me through the contract one more time before I signed it, clearly explaining what I was signing and why the charges were different (about HALF!!) from the quote. They all seemed to really be having fun with the job, and they didn't shirk in any respect. We also spoke with Lindsey and George in the office to make the appointment and to confirm it. Both were well-spoken; clear about expectations; asked appropriate questions; gave more information than specifically requested, so I didn't have to fish for the right answer; and I wasn't surprised by anything during the move. The office staff seemed just as knowledgeable and organized as the movers. Overall, I was extremely pleased, and will definitely use Integrity Moving and Storage again if I ever need to move anything. read more

It is a shame when a company named "Integrity Moving" lies and accuses their customers of lying. I witnessed the movers break my family's 100+ year old piano while trying to move it from my home to my sister's and when they delivered the piano to my sister the movers said they did not break it... that it was already broken when they had arrived to my house. They also forged the documentation I had initialed prior to the damage happening to make it look like I signed off on the damage as having been there before they touched the piano. Through multiple conversations between myself, my sister, the movers and the management they continued to call me a liar and to lie to my sister. The one thing I have learned is that I will take pictures and video of all work I pay to have done, prior to, during and after completion, as well as any paper work I sign. So sad.
