I mean anything you would want to keep was stolen.. obviously an inside job there was no evidence of a break in.. so when you pay late they will cut your locks and replace them.. unnecessarily so being there is room for two locks.. this would have been the only time my unit was opened without me.. The manager Brian, his only response was to give me the insurance company number.. no questions whatsoever, because he already knew.. he stole my property.. but God don't like ugly he will pay.. I'm sure he will.. there was so much missing it hurts to mention it.. he even lied to the police about not having cameras.. the monitor is on in the office daily.. why would you have a monitor that is of no value.. I will never rent from Penske again. We had to drive 45 min to get a truck that we reserved. When…read morewe arrived at the rental place in Zanesville, we were told that they didn't have the truck and that we had to drive to Columbus, another 45 min away. After talking to customer service, I was assured that the car dolly would be with the truck. It was not. After 3 hours of driving and waiting, we are now hours behind our moving schedule as our family and friends wait to help us move. This is the worst rental experience I have ever had and Penske needs to get their act together.

I guess this business is more concerned with big business and could care less about the little guy!

I hired A2B Movers after doing a search on Yelp to help me with my move. It was easy to request a…read morequote and they were very quick to respond with an estimate after giving them a few details, like how many rooms I have, what big furniture needs to be moved, how many floors my place is, etc. I was only moving a couple blocks away and from a one room to a two room and a one floor to a two floor. They recommended one truck and two men to help and it was about $110 an hour plus a truck rental fee. I paid in cash so I got a small discount on the hourly rate. Rather reasonable compared to the other quotes I got. They were great at communicating with me leading up to my moving day as well as the day of. My movers, Dmitri and Bohdan, showed up right on time and were very professional, friendly, and efficient. They helped disassemble my furniture (and put it back together) and wrapped up everything as needed. I even had a giant plant that I wasn't sure how to move, but since I was only going a short distance, they wrapped it up and secured it in the truck to take over. At one point I even got a little emotional about saying goodbye to my old place and they were so sweet to me. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again and can't thank them enough for the help. I feel like most people describe moving as a stressful, but for me it was a breeze.
