Needed an emergency repair for a smashed screen. They came through with an immediate response and fast repair.

Please do not go HERE they destroyed my phone and prior to doing that they lied to me over 4 times. When my phone does not work they stated " we gave you tour money back " this is a second hand store who does everything for cheap and not reliable. We will replace your battery- I asked if it will work - it did not work , then they asked if i want my old battery back. Then after i said " yes they said " oh we figured you would say that , its already in . And here is your money back. The phone is not powering on and shutting off and they state this is my original battery that needs to be reprogrammed. Yesterday, I took in my iPhone X (thats uninsured and completely paid for), after the screen broke, and a bizarre, huge and blaring light popped up on my screen. I took it in to Fix-A-Fone and they were able to fix it within 20-minutes (with another customer ahead of me). The phone looks brand new. With the light and the screen issue, the cost was around $125. In my mind, it was well worth it. I highly recommend. read more

When the cupcake place closed down I think the entire uptown area was hoping for anything but a mobile repair shop. However, having just brought in my phone to get fixed I am beyond thrilled the university and uptown area has such a great phone repair option nearby! I walked in having just drove over my phone and saw a cracked screen that I thought was beyond repair. The very very nice employee recognized that it was likely the screen protector that was damaged and not my phone, so he ripped it off and just saved me 130 dollars from any other repair shop that probably would have just fixed a screen for me that wasn't even broken. I bought a new screen protector from them and he even put it on which saved a ton of frustration Top notch customer service, very very nice interior store, great prices, all around nice employee(s), and I no longer have to go to the metairie iphone repair shop to fix a broken screen. My son had to have his nintendo switch repaired and these guys took care of me. A repair through Nintendo would have taken three weeks, and these guys fixed it in less than three hours. Tony, the manager was incredibly friendly, efficient, and customer focused. When I walked in, while helping another customer, he greeted me and said it would just be a few minutes as he finished up with them. He then explained the cost and time required for my screen repair. When I returned 30 minutes later, he'd replaced the cracked screen. Before I paid, I mentioned needing a case for that phone as well as needing a screen protector on my other phone.
